Item	How to Get
HP Plus	Before entering the castle, fall down the bridge gap, and throw Koops to get HP Plus below the main entrance.
Attack FX G	Found behind bars in the dungeon, which you can go through after getting the Paper Mode ability.
Last Stand P	After dropping the yellow block from the third floor to the second floor staircase, you can get Last Stand P from the second floor.
Castle Key (Red)	In the third room of the first floor, flip the staircase to access the platform with the Castle Key.
Castle Key (Green)	After getting the Paper ability, go through the vertical bars in the second room to obtain the first Castle Key.
Castle Key (Blue)	After moving the block on the third floor stairwell, toss Koops to get another Castle Key.
Life Shroom	Found on a ledge to the left in the room with the second green elevator block.

Obtain the Diamond Star in Hooktail Castle

Mario will get the Diamond Star in Hooktail Castle upon defeating Hooktail and completing Chapter 1. This allows him to use the special move Earth Tremor in battle.

A black chest that gives you the Paper Mode ability is located on the ground floor of Hooktail Castle if you keep going right. You should be able to find it naturally as you progress through the chapter.
