The centerpiece of Glitzville is the Glitz Pit, an arena where spectators can come and watch battles between contracted fighters. Mario signs up to be a fighter here in order to find the Gold Star, the next Crystal Star indicated by the map.
The juice bar, located to the right of the Glitz Pit, is a hang out spot for some of the Glitzville locals. Occassionally, a pink Toad bearing a strong resemblance to a Toad you meet at the Glitz Pit will be hanging out here.
During the events of Chapter 3, you'll be asked to go to the "watering hole," referring to the Juice Bar. If you talk to Podler there, he'll give you your first hammer upgrade: the Super Hammer. This will allow you to destroy large yellow blocks, do more damage with your hammer in battle, and give you a new Super Hammer move.
Take the perfect photo of Mario as the hot dog beside the hot dog stand. The angle may change each time you check this hot dog standee out.
There is a blue telephone booth at the lower left corner of Glitzville. You can't use it to call anyone specific, but interacting with it would often produce some amusing dialogue from the other end.
You can get the Storage Key item in this phone booth as you go through Chapter 3.
Chapter 3: Of Glitz and Glory Walkthrough
The Glitzville Battle Master is located outside the juice bar in the Nintendo Switch version of The Thousand-Year Door. If you're not confident in any particular moves, you can practice for your matches at the Glitz Pit here.
