Items in Pit of 100 Trials Will Get More Expensive

Charlieton's items will become more expensive as you reach lower floors of the Pit. Make sure to buy items from him only when you need to as to avoid depleting all of your coins!

Charlieton Shop Locations

Central Rogueport

You can find Charlieton standing near Zess T.'s house in the central plaza of Rogueport. He is quite easy to find due to being a large NPC while also standing near the foreground.

Boggly Woods

Charlieton in the Switch remake also sets up a shop in Boggly Woods, which was not in the GameCube version. The items he is selling are different from the ones you can find at the shop in the Great Tree, which can be useful if you need to quickly get these items without leaving the area.

Every 10th Floor in the Pit of 100 Trials

Charlieton will appear on every 10th floor that Mario reaches in the Pit of 100 Trials dungeon. This means that you will be able to encounter him on floors 10, 20, 30, and so on.

His items get more expensive as you go deeper down the Pit, so try to only buy items when you need them.

Do note that he will not be on the 100th floor, as the dungeon's fearsome boss is the one waiting for you there!
