How to Get Ms. Mowz
Complete Chapter 4
The earliest point you can recruit Ms. Mowz is after completing Chapter 4 of the game, where Mario is tasked with solving the mystery behind Twilight Town.
Once you complete Chapter 4, you will unlock new troubles to solve at the Trouble Center, including one that will lead to recruiting Ms. Mowz.
Complete the Elusive Badge! Trouble
After completing Chapter 4, head to the Trouble Center and accept the Elusive Badge! quest. The trouble will be from someone labeled as ???, but you will learn that it will actually be Ms. Mowz herself.
After meeting Ms. Mowz in Rogueport, head to Hooktail Castle and go to the top of the castle where you fought Hooktail in Chapter 1. Use Madame Flurrie's field skill to blow a sheet of paper away in the middle of the room. You will uncover a treasure chest which contains the badge that Ms. Mowz is looking for.
Head back to Rogueport and talk to Ms. Mowz to complete the trouble. She will join your team afterwards, and you'll be able to use her as your partner in the field and during battles.

| Action Command: Quickly tilt the L Stick left and right to fill the meter. Stylish Move: Press the A button once Ms. Mowz is at the center of the stage while scurrying back to Mario. |

Steal an item or badge that the leftmost enemy is holding or has the ability to hold. |
| Action Command: Press the A button once the bar is past the OK indicator. Stylish Move: Press the A button before attacking once Ms. Mowz is halfway between her original position and the enemy. |

Make all enemies dizzy by multiplying and moving around. Dizzy enemies have a chance to miss their moves. |
| Action Command: Hold and release the A button to fill the meter as much as possible without overflowing. Stylish Move: Press the A button once Ms. Mowz flips to land after merging into one. |

Give Mario a kiss to heal him for up to 10 HP. |

Ms. Mowz Field Ability
Sniff Out Collectibles With Ms. Mowz
Pressing the X button while you are with Ms. Mowz will make her sniff out the area and locate any nearby collectibles. She will face the direction of where the collectible is; she will also tell you if there is nothing to collect.
