The Food I Want Bub-ulber Trouble Walkthrough

The Food I Want Quest Objectives
1	Go to Petalburg, and cross the diagonal bridge in front of the inn to talk to Bub-ulber.
2	Buy two Hot Dogs from the hot dog stand in Glitzville.
3	Buy Cake Mix from the Pianta Parlor and ask Zess T. to make a Mousse Cake.
4	Give Bub-ulber the Hot Dogs and Mousse Cake.

Get Food for Bub-ulber

This quest involves a lot of going back-and-forth if you only rely on what Bub-ulber tells you. You can get all of the required food before talking to Bub-ulber to save time.

Get Hot Dogs from Glitzville

The first time you talk to Bub-ulber, you'll be asked to get a Hot Dog from Glitzville. Go to the hot dog stand on the upper left of Glitzville, outside the Glitz Pit. Once Bub-ulber gets a taste of a Hoggle Hot Dog, you know that one won't be enough, so buy at least two Hot Dogs.

Only two are required for the quest, but you can give Bub-ulber more Hot Dogs after the quest to get more Dried Bouquets.

Ask Zess T. to Make a Mousse Cake

Go back to Rogueport, and buy Cake Mix from Lahla the Boo at the Pianta Parlor. If you don't have enough piantas, you can play minigames or exchange some coins through the Pianta Changer machine. You can also take on Lahla's Trouble Center quest if you haven't yet.

Once you have the Cake Mix, give it to Zess T. in the house beside the Toad Bros. Bazaar item shop at Rogueport Plaza. Zess T. will turn your Cake Mix into a Mousse Cake.

Once you have all your goodies, go to Petalburg and give Bub-ulber each food item that they request. Bub-ulber is located in the grassy area with diagonal bridges in front of the inn and item shop.

Complete Chapter 3

The Food I Want from Bub-ulber will appear at the Trouble Center once you complete Chapter 3. To activate this request, select it from the bulletin board at the Trouble Center.

Accept From Trouble Center on the East Side of Rogueport

The quest must first be accepted from the Trouble Center bulletin board before you can do any of the steps to complete it.

To get to the Trouble Center, you must first get through Gus, the guard blocking the east side of Rogueport. You can either pay him coins every time you need to pass or defeat him in combat. Once Koops joins your party, defeating him becomes much easier.

Bub-ulber will reward you with a Dried Bouquet once you complete the The Food I Want trouble side quest. You can receive more Dried Bouquets by giving Bub-ulber more Hot Dogs after finishing the quest.

Dried Bouquets are mainly used as ingredients in recipes.
