The answer to Boo's Quiz in the Creepy Steeple is 200 Boos. If you answer the question correctly, you will receive an Ultra Shroom as a reward. However, if you answer the question incorrectly you get nothing.

After answering all of Boo's questions correctly, the ghost will give you a Money Money as a reward.
Note that after completing Quiz 6, the Boo will still provide quizzes with 15 random questions based on the ones answered before and will give a single coin as a reward.
Boo's Quiz can be started by opening the chest that is located in the basement of Creepy Steeple.
To get to it, you need to go to the entrance hall room in Creepy Steeple and push the star statue on the right side of the room to reveal a secret hole. Afterwards, enter the hole, then go through the door on the left.
Upon entering through the door, the chest is located at the center of the room, and once opened, 200 Boos will come out of it.
You will be able to do Boo's Quiz once you have progressed through the story and reached Chapter 4.
Chapter 4: For Pigs the Bell Tolls Walkthrough
After completing Chapter 4, a Boo will appear in the storage room in Creepy Steeple. It will ask you to play a quiz game and you can get a reward if you get all questions right. If you give a wrong answer just roll in and out of the room to try again.
Boo's Quiz is a new feature and only available in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (TTYD) Switch Remake, since it wasn't in the original version of the game.

Can I still do all of these quizzes, if I initially miss one? I did the first one during Chapter 4, but I missed the one after Keelhaul Key, and I had already saved after I first stepped onto the train. So is that quiz just completely inaccessible now, or can I still do it, after I finish Chapter 6?
