All Attack Badges

Attack Badges are special equipment that give Mario and his party members offensive buffs in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (TTYD). Read on for a list of all Attack Badges, their effect, locations, as well as required BP to use them.

Mario Attack Badges

Mario Jump Badges

Mario can only use up to three different jump moves in the game, but he can use new ones if he equips a Jump Badge.

Multibounce BP: 1	Enables Multibounce, which allows Mario to damage multiple enemies until you miss an action. Wearing more than one increases attack power.	Pianta Parlor
Power Bounce BP: 3	Enables Power Bounce, which allows Mario to jump on an enemy until you miss an action.	Hooktail Castle
Power Jump BP: 1	Enables Power Bounce, which allows Mario to stomp on an enemy. Wearing two or more increases Mario's attack power.	Lovely Howz
Shrink Stomp BP: 1	Enables Shrink Stomp, which shrinks enemies and reduce their attack power. Wearing two or more will shrink enemies for longer.	Lovely Howz
Sleepy Stomp BP: 1	Enables Sleep Stomp, which makes enemies fall asleep. Wearing two or more will keep enemies asleep for longer.	Lovely Howz
Soft Stomp BP: 1	Enables Soft Stomp, which makes enemies soft. Wearing two or more makes enemies soft for longer.	Lovely Howz
Tornado Jump BP: 2	Enables Tornado Jump, which deals damage to mid-air enemies. Wearing two or more increases your attack power.	Pianta Parlor

Mario Hammer Badges

Similar with jump moves, Mario can use up to three hammer moves in the game, but he can also get new moves to use if he equips a Hammer Badge.

Fire Drive BP: 3	Enables Fire Drive, which deals damage to all grounded enemies and burns them. Wearing more than one increases attack power.	Lovely Howz
Hammer Throw BP: 1	Enables Hammer Throw, which allows Mario to throw a hammer at an enemy. Wearing two will increase its damage.	Pianta Parlor
Head Rattle BP: 1	Enables Head Rattle, a move that can confuse foes. Wearing two or more renders enemies confused for longer.	Lovely Howz
Ice Smash BP: 1	Enables Ice Smash, a move that freezes enemies. Wearing more than one freezes enemies for a longer period of time.	Creepy Steeple
Piercing Blow BP: 1	Enables Piercing Blow, which allows Mario to deal damage that pierces through enemy defenses.	Lovely Howz
Power Smash BP: 1	Enables Power Smash, which allows Mario to smash enemies at full force. Wearing two or more increases its attack power.	Rogueport
Quake Hammer BP: 2	Enables Quake Hammer, which damages grounded enemies. Wearing two or more increases attack power.	Pianta Parlor

Mario Attack Stat Badges

Some badges can give Mario offensive boosts when equipped, which helps him to deal more damage in battle.

Charge BP: 1	Adds Charge to the Tactics menu. Wearing more than one will increase charge power.	The Great Tree
Hammerman BP: 2	Boosts the power of hammer by 1 but makes Mario unable to jump.	Charlieton
Jumpman BP: 2	Boosts jumping power by 1 but makes Mario unable to use the hammer ability.	Charlieton
Mega Rush BP: 1	Boosts attack power by 5 when Mario is in danger.	Charlieton
P-Up, D-Down BP: 2	Increases the damage dealt by Mario by 1 but drops defense by 1.	Riverside Station
Power Plus BP: 6	Increases Mario's jump and hammer attack by 1.	Dazzle
Power Rush BP: 1	Increases attack power by 2 when Mario is in trouble.	Lovely Howz

Party Member Attack Badges

Mario's party members can also get offensive boosts with certain badges. These can increase their damage outputs in fights.
