3 | Find Larson hiding at the docks. |
4 | Find Larson in the alleyway behind the plaza. |
Goomther, the Goomba near the center of the Rogueport Plaza, needs you to find Larson, a Bandit who committed credit card fraud on him.
Go east of the plaza. To the left of Merlon's place (the house with the Shine Sprite icon) is a brick wall. If you look closely, the wall is actually divided into three with the middle wall placed a bit further back.
Walk directly into the middle of the wall and you'll find yourself in a hidden alley where Larson is hiding.
Upon confronting Larson, he'll run away and hide in a new location. This time, he'll be at the docks south of the plaza.
Larson will be hiding to the left of the platform leading to the plaza, on the first floor. You should be able to spot him immediately.
Larson's last hiding spot will be the alley behind Rogueport Plaza. He'll be hiding outside the house of the Bandit that mugged Mario in the Prologue.
Once you've cornered him here, Goomther will arrive and give you your reward.

Find This Guy! from Goomther is automatically unlocked once you get access to the Trouble Center in Chapter 1. To activate this request, select it from the bulletin board at the Trouble Center.
The quest must first be accepted from the Trouble Center bulletin board before you can do any of the steps to complete it.
To get to the Trouble Center, you must first get through Gus, the guard blocking the east side of Rogueport. You can either pay him coins every time you need to pass or defeat him in combat. Once Koops joins your party, defeating him becomes much easier.
Goomther will reward you with 30 Coins once you complete the Find This Guy! trouble side quest.
