Hit Me, Please! Quest Objectives | |

1 | Meet Mousimilian at Rogueport Plaza in front of the item shop. |
2 | Use B to hit Mousimilian with your hammer until he remembers what he forgot. |
3 | Talk to Mousimilian once he regains his memory to get your reward. |
Once you talk to Mousimilian in front of the item shop at Rogueport Plaza, he'll tell you to hit him with your hammer to jog his memory. Use the B button to hit Mousimilian repeatedly until he says "I remembered..."
Make sure not to hit him again after that because he might forget what he remembered. If you accidentally hit him, just keep hitting him until he remembers again.
Once his memory is back, talk to him to get your reward: the money-making tip that he remembered!
Hit Me, Please! from Mousimilian is automatically unlocked once you get access to the Trouble Center in Chapter 1. To activate this request, select it from the bulletin board at the Trouble Center.
The quest must first be accepted from the Trouble Center bulletin board before you can do any of the steps to complete it.
To get to the Trouble Center, you must first get through Gus, the guard blocking the east side of Rogueport. You can either pay him coins every time you need to pass or defeat him in combat. Once Koops joins your party, defeating him becomes much easier.
Item | Rogueport Buy Price | Petalburg Sell Price |

Sleepy Sheep | 8 Coins | 10 Coins |
Mousimilian will reward you with a tip about making money using Sleepy Sheep once you complete the Hit Me, Please! trouble side quest. His tip is to buy Sleepy Sheep from the Rogueport shop and sell it at the Petalburg shop for a 2-coin profit.
It's not a bad money-making strategy in the early game, especially since you can store items that can be accessed through all of the shopkeepers. Buy as many Sleepy Sheep as you can in Rogueport, store any you can't carry through the shopkeeper, and head to Petalburg to make some money.
