Talk to Lahla the Boo at the counter. |
All you need to do for this quest is speak to Lahla at the Pianta Parlor. However, to get to the Pianta Parlor, you will need to unlock the west side of Rogueport.
To do this, you must first unlock west Rogueport by replacing Zess T.'s contact lens. This can be done by first triggering the event where you step on Zess T.'s contact lens, then ordering a new lens from the item shop at Rogueport Plaza.
The contact lens should be delivered by the next chapter or after sleeping at an inn if you ordered it only after Chapter 2. Give Zess T. her new contact lens, and she should clear the way to western Rogueport.
Go left, and you should see the Pianta Parlor. Its big, flashy-looking sign is hard to miss.

Come Over And Play! from Lahla will appear at the Trouble Center once you complete Chapter 2. To activate this request, select it from the bulletin board at the Trouble Center.
The quest must first be accepted from the Trouble Center bulletin board before you can do any of the steps to complete it.
To get to the Trouble Center, you must first get through Gus, the guard blocking the east side of Rogueport. You can either pay him coins every time you need to pass or defeat him in combat. Once Koops joins your party, defeating him becomes much easier.
Lahla will reward you with 10 Piantas once you complete the Come Over and Play! trouble side quest. These are tokens that can be traded for items at the Pianta Parlor.
