This bundle contains a Tracer Pack. Tracers add special visual effects to your weapon whenever it fires. These effects are cosmetic and don't affect your damage output.
The Dune Part Two: Paul Atreides Bundle contains the brand new Paul Atreides Operator and Operator Skin. Unfortunately, the Paul Atreides Operator doesn't have any unique visual effects, like the Reactive effect that some of the newer Operators have.

Equipping the Paul Atreides Operator Skin will grant you bonus EXP per match during the Dune Trial of Power event. Earn cosmetic rewards, EXP boosts, and exclusive weapon camos by completing all 10 levels for the Trial of Power.

You can get three Weapon Blueprints from the Dune Part Two: Paul Atreides Bundle — one each for the Holger 556, COR-45, and Dual Kodachis. If you don't have these guns yet, getting the bundle will automatically unlock them for your account!

This bundle also contains cosmetic items such as a Calling Card, Animated Emblem, and a Weapon Charm for you to use. You can equip these cosmetics via the Customize Tab in-game.
You can get Dune Part Two: Paul Atreides by purchasing it from the in-game Store for 2400 CP. If it is not showing up in the Store, you can check one of its items from the Armory, Gunsmith, Operator Tab, or Customize Tab and buy it from there.
