This bundle contains a Reactive Operator Skin for Scorch called the Outbroken. If you do not have Scorch unlocked, purchasing this bundle will automatically unlock this operator for use.
The Outbroken skin looks like an Operator Skin based around the new Dark Aether zone that was introduced in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies Season 1.

This bundle also contains a consumable Refined Aetherium Crystal. When brought into a Zombies match, it can be consumed to instantly Pack-a-Punch your gun to Level 2.
How to Get Refined Aetherium Crystal
You can get Zombies: Aetherium Ultra Skin by buying it from the in-game Store for 2800 CP. The Aetherium Ultra Skin bundle was released in the Just For You section for some users when Season 1 launched.
Note that you can't purchase this bundle by checking its items in the Armory, Operators Tab, or Customize Tab if it's not currently in the Store. It means you can only purchase the bundle once it appears in the Store!
