+Spd / -Res

The best IVs for Brave Felix are +Spd and -Res. Brave Felix breaks the current Spd cap with his base 48 Spd, outspeeding every other unit in the game as of the time of his release. His Spd should be maximized to take advantage of this fact and guarantee that his foes cannot land follow-up attacks on him.

Brave Felix's Res is his least important stat at only base 29 and shouldn't affect most of his matchups if taken as a bane.

+Spd for a +10 merge

As the fastest unit in the game, we recommend +Spd when merging Brave Felix up to +10 to ensure he outspeeds his foes.

How to Use, Explanation

With Brave Felix's ability to move and wait, and then get two more actions afterwards, he excels at being a Galeforce initiator unit in Aether Raids. He can move to a trap, trigger it, and still initiate on his foes afterwards. Emblem Celica's ring allows Felix to just warp straight to his enemies on turn one, and even if there is a trap, Lone Wolf grants him another action immediately.

How to Use, Explanation

This build pre-charges an area-of-effect Special and uses Emblem Celica's Ring to quickly warp to a group of enemies and deal massive damage in an area. If external Pulse support is present on the team, Quickened Pulse can be replaced by Life and Death 3 Sacred Seal.

How to Use, Explanation

Brave Felix is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he deals will be equivalent to his Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

However, New Levin Sword has an adaptive damage effect, allowing Brave Felix to target the lower of his foe's Def or Res stat at all times.

Brave Felix Attack

Brave Felix's New Levin Sword accelerates his Special cooldown by -2 instead of the traditional -1, greatly improving his ability to trigger his Special every battle.

New Levin Sword also has built-in Distant Counter and deals adaptive damage against all foes.

In combat, if foe's HP ≥ 75% or if Brave Felix has ≤ 1 adjacent to him, New Levin Sword:

  • grants Brave Felix Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5
  • grants Brave Felix Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X, where X = 15% of his Spd
  • grants Brave Felix a Null Guard effect
  • grants Brave Felix 50% damage reduction piercing

Lone Wolf grants multiple extra actions

Brave Felix's exclusive B skill Lone Wolf has a built-in Phantom Spd effect and grants him extra actions if he hasn't used or been the target of an Assist skill during the current turn.

The extra actions are granted:

  • A) If Brave Felix initiates combat
  • B) If Brave Felix takes his action without entering combat

A and B can trigger independently, granting Brave Felix up to three actions in one turn.

In combat, if Brave Felix's HP ≥ 25% or if Brave Felix has ≤ 1 adjacent to him, Lone Wolf:

  • inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 onto Brave Felix's foe
  • grants Brave Felix bonus true damage equal to 20% of his Spd (including area-of-effect Specials)

Lone Wolf excels whenever Brave Felix is isolated away from his allies and can be fully taken advantage of to either defeat foes and retreat to safety, or sweep foes altogether with his multiple actions.

Just undeniably the strongest hero in the game right now. Totally shatters all difficulty. This guy has no business being as tanky as he is while also being the best offensive unit in the game bar none.
