When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
As a hero obtainable only through Tempest Trials, Halloween Yarne will always have neutral IVs by default. The only way to access IVs for this unit is through using Trait Fruits.
The best IVs for Halloween Yarne are +Spd and -Res. Halloween Yarne's Spd stat is among the highest in the game at base 45. While he won't be able to outspeed the fastest metagame foes, he can still prevent follow-up attacks through the Spd check.
Halloween Yarne's Res is a clear dump stat at only base 21 and can be safely taken as a bane.
We recommend +Spd when merging Halloween Yarne up to +10 to ensure the fast metagame foes cannot generate a follow-up attack against him.

Halloween Yarne's Full Rabbit Fang has built-in 【Canto (Rem. +1)】 and grants Yarne Spd+3 and cavalry-effective damage.
At the start of each turn, Full Rabbit Fang grants Halloween Yarne Special cooldown count -1 based on ally proximity or if he is transformed.
In combat, Full Rabbit Fang grants Halloween Yarne up to Atk/Spd/Def/Res+14, true damage based on his Spd, a Null Follow-Up effect, and a Special Spiral effect.
Full Rabbit Fang also has standard Cavalry Beast transformation effects, including Atk+2, Atk/Def-X on Yarne's foe based on distance travelled, and 30% damage reduction on his foe's first attack.
Full Rabbit Fang is a good offensive weapon encouraging Special acceleration and offensive initiation, turning Halloween Yarne into a good offensive unit.
X takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Thani or Binding Reginleif, and beast-effective weapons like Brave Eliwood's Nini's Ice Lance. One blow from this type of weapon will deal significant damage. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

for the +1 merge. There isn't much else to spend feathers on, so the 20K feathers is a good deal to make a good unit better. Alternatively, you could forgo the merge and feed him to another unit for skill inheritance.
