When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Brave Bernadetta are +Spd and -Def. Brave Bernadetta breaks the current Spd cap with her base 48 Spd, outspeeding every other unit in the game as of the time of her release. Bernadetta's Spd should be maximized to take advantage of this fact to potentially quad attack her enemies.
Brave Bernadetta's Def is her least important stat at only base 24 and shouldn't affect most of her matchups if taken as a bane.
As the fastest unit in the game, we recommend +Spd when merging Brave Bernadetta up to +10 to ensure she outspeeds her foes.

Brave Bernadetta's exclusive weapon The Inexhaustible attacks twice and has built-in 【Canto (Dist.; Max 3)】, providing great mobility to Bernadetta.

These offensive effects all add up, allowing Brave Bernadetta to potentially quad attack her enemies and load up on offensive power to bring them down with ease.
Brave Bernadetta's exclusive C skill Paranoia grants 【Null Follow-Up】 to herself, deals 1 damage to herself and nearby allies, and grants 【Paranoia】 to herself and nearby allies at the start of each turn.
