What Kind of Character Are They? | ・Swirling Scimitar has built-in Phantom Spd, grants Malice and nearby allies Atk/Spd+6, 【Dodge】, and in-combat Penalty neutralization at the start of each phase, and grants Malice bonus stats based on Dragonflowers, a -2 Special jumping effect before foe's first attack, damage reduction based on Malice's Spd, damage reflection based on amount of damage reduced, and 7 HP post-combat healing. |
Might: 16 Range: 1 Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If a skill compares unit's Spd to a foe's or ally's Spd, treats unit's Spd as if granted +7. At start of player phase or enemy phase, if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6, 【Dodge】, and "neutralizes penalties on unit during combat" to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit for 1 turn. If unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res based on the number of times unit has been enhanced using Dragonflowers (one or more times grants +14, zero times grants +10), grants Special cooldown count-2 to unit before foe's first attack, and reduces damage from foe's first attack by 25% of unit's Spd during combat ("first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes), and unit's next attack deals damage = total damage reduced from foe's first attack (by any source, including other skills). Resets at end of combat. If unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, restores 7 HP to unit after combat. |
Cooldown Count = 3 Boosts Special damage by 50% of unit's Spd when Special triggers. If unit's or foe's Special is ready or if unit's or foe's Special triggered before or during this combat, and if unit's Spd ≥ foe's Spd-4, reduces damage from foe's next attack during combat by 40% (once per combat; excluding area-of-effect Specials). |
If 【Bonus】 is active on unit, grants Atk/Spd+X to unit during combat (X = number of【Bonus】effects active on unit, excluding stat bonuses, × 2, + 3; max 9), and also, if number of【Bonus】effects active on unit (excluding stat bonuses) ≥ 4, unit can counterattack regardless of foe's range during combat. |
Foes with Range = 1 cannot move through spaces adjacent to unit (does not affect foes with Pass skills). Foes with Range = 2 cannot move through spaces within 2 spaces of unit (does not affect foes with Pass skills). Inflicts Atk/Spd-4 on foe, deals damage = 15% of unit's Spd (excluding area-of-effect Specials), reduces damage from foe's first attack by 7 ("first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes), and neutralizes effects that inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit during combat. |
Stat | Superboon/Superbane | IV Recommendation |

Atk (11) | ★★★★☆ | |
Spd (9) | ★★★★★ | |
Def (11) | ★★★☆☆ | |
Res (7) | ★★☆☆☆ |
◯ = Stat gains +4 with a superboon, ✕= Stat goes down by -4 with a superbane, - = No assets or flaws
See the IV Checker for All Units | Trait Fruits—How to Change IVs |
When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Jehanna Malice are +Spd and -HP. Malice's Spd is among the best in the game at base 48, raised to base 52 with a superboon. Boosting it ensures that her foes cannot land follow-up attacks on her while also creating her own follow-up attacks against slower foes.
Both Def and Res are above average for Malice. Thus, we recommend taking -HP as a bane as it is the easiest stat to patch up through blessing bonuses.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Jehanna Malice up to +10 to ensure she wins the Spd check against her foes.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Jehanna Malice is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
Jehanna Malice's exclusive weapon Swirling Scimitar has multiple effects that provide value both for herself and her allies.
It has a built-in Phantom Spd effect, and grants herself and her nearby allies Atk/Spd+6, 【Dodge】, and a Null Debuffs status effect at the start of each phase.
In combat, Swirling Scimitar grants Malice bonus stats up to Atk/Spd/Def/Res+14 based on the number of Dragonflowers used on Malice, Special cooldown count -2 before her foe's first attack, damage reduction on her foe's first attack equal to 25% of her Spd, and damage reflection based on the total amount of damage reduced from her foe's first attack in the current combat.
All it takes to get the maximum Atk/Spd/Def/Res+14 is investing at least one Dragonflower onto Jehanna Malice, making it a very easy weapon to activate.
Just like Jehanna Ike on her debut banner, Jehanna Malice has to compete with multiple Omnitank units with similar roles, making it difficult to fit Jehanna Malice into teams.
She has effects that make her stand out from other Omnitank options, and she is still a good unit. However, teambuilding constraints may make it difficult to use her effectively.

Jehanna Malice has Gust, Atk/Spd Prime 4 and A/S Spiked Wall as inheritable options.
The Prime skills have fallen off in favor of other more impactful skills, but Spiked Wall skills are still useful in the modern metagame. We recommend inheriting A/S Spiked Wall together with Gust.
