The Spear can be unlocked by completing all challenges of Sector 23 in the Season 5 Battle Pass.
You can reach Sector 23 fast by completing these sectors in this order: Sector 2, Sector 4, and Sector 8. Once you reach Sector 8, you will unlock the ability to do challenges for Sector 23.
