Stronghold keycards are obtained from Mercenary Camp and Convoy caches, but the fastest and safest way to obtain a keycard is from the buy station for 2000 Essence.

Terminus Outcomes Strongholds are Mercenary Strongholds which require players to open a safe to clear it.

Retrieve Terminus Outcomes Record from the Stronghold Safe
The Terminus Outcomes Record will automatically drop once you have opened the safe from the mercenary stronghold. These show up as Cyphered Tablets in your worldview.

Strongholds Are Easier to Do in Groups
