Unlocked at Level 19

Modern Warfare 3 - Healing Aura Level Requirement

The Healing Aura field upgrade is unlocked upon reaching Level 19. Once you reach the level requirement, you can then equip it in the Gear or Loadout menu under the Field Upgrade slot.

Get to Zombies Level 19 Fast by Doing Contracts and Exfiling With Items

You can earn xp fast by hopping into Zombies matches and start completing contracts, racking up a lot of zombie kills, and successfully exfiling with a lot of items marked with the Essence currency, as these items get converted into XP if you exfil with them.

Modern Warfare 3 - Heal Operators Using Healing Aura

Upon using a Healing Aura, it will fully restore the health of your teammates and also your own health bar.

To deploy it, press the Field Upgrade button and you'll instantly fill up your health bar and the health of your squad members. Take note that you'll have to be within range of your team in order for the healing ability to take effect on them.

Modern Warfare 3 - Reduce Healing Cooldown by Killing Zombies

The Healing Aura has a cooldown upon each use, but you can recharge it quicker by killing zombies. You'll find the cooldown timer on the bottom right of corner your screen, the circular icon with a green meter right above the weapon and lethal equipment icons.
