Modern Warfare 3 - Crash Site Mobile Device and Flight Recorder Map.png
Your main objectives in Crash Site are to search for 3 Mobile Devices and later on, a Flight Recorder, which are all located in a small village at the center of the map.

Modern Warfare 3 - Take Out Enemy Patrol Guards in the Outskirts
Before proceeding towards the village, take out the guards patrolling the outskirts using a Silenced Victus XMR found inside a supply box on the left side of the starting point.

The sniper is equipped with a thermal scope so you won't have a hard time identifying enemies in the dark.

Modern Warfare 3 - Take the Left Path for Cover by the Houses
Take the path on the left as there are several houses nearby to use as cover if you're going the stealth route or to shield yourself from enemy fire should you get caught.

Don't forget that you can use your Night Vision Goggles to see in the dark!

Modern Warfare 3 - Eliminate Guards in Central Area
Before going to the central area, quietly eliminate as many enemy soldiers as you can. This should save you from having to deal with a lot of them later on if ever they sound the alarm.

There will also be Armor Plates and a Heartbeat Sensor scattered around so be sure to stock up on supplies.

Mobile Device #1
Go to the central area near the parked LTV and hack the first mobile device lying on the ground, near a backpack and some dirty clothes.

Mobile Device #2
After hacking the first device, walk a bit northwest and you'll find the second mobile device beside a luggage just a few steps away from the crashed plane.

From the second device, head towards east and you'll find the third mobile device near a debris of the crashed airplane.

Modern Warfare 3 - Flight Recorder Location

Flight Recorder
Head to the house up north past the airplane. Go inside and retrieve the Flight Recorder on top of a desk in a room filled with several black containers.

Make sure to take out the sentry turret by the entrance first before heading inside the house.

Modern Warfare 3 - Go to Alex
Up next, you'll need to rescue Alex and exfil. Follow your objective marker that'll lead you on top of a hill.

Modern Warfare 3 - Rescue Alex
Upon arriving, you'll find Alex being held at gunpoint. Quickly eliminate the three soldiers that are surrounding him.

Modern Warfare 3 - Board the Truck and Exfil
After freeing Alex from captivity, enter the LTV truck to escape and end the mission.

How to Open Crash Site Locked Door

There doesn't appear to be a way to open the locked door in Crash Site. We have attempted to open the door via C4, molotov, grenades, Shock Sticks, and—of course—shooting it, and none have worked.

We have also attempted to find another way into the room via windows or a roof/ceiling entrance, but none exist. There may possibly be a key lying around somewhere on the map, but as of yet, no key has been located.
