Since the Gold Skull is a valuable item due to its Legendary rarity, you can sell it at Buy Stations for 5,000 Essence. This should be enough for you to purchase and stock up on other useful gear in the shop before continuing your expedition in Urzikstan.

Defeat the Stormcaller Boss

The Gold Skull can be obtained as a drop by defeating the Stormcaller boss located in Aether Storms. Once you've killed it, it will immediately drop the skull on the floor.

It's best to come well prepared when going up against the Stormcaller as it can execute melee attacks that deal significant damage. Not to mention that the Aether Storm is inhabited by high level zombies who are enraged due to the Stormcaller's presence.
