When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Fallen Dimitri are +Spd and -Res. Fallen Dimitri's Spd is high, but not as high as modern metagame units. He will need the Spd investment to keep up with these foes and prevent them from generating follow-up attacks on him.
Res is a clear dump stat and is a safe bane to take as it won't change any of Dimitri's matchups.
We recommend a +Spd IV when merging Fallen Dimitri to +10 for similar reasons above. Even if Dimitri cannot generate his own follow-up attacks against faster foes, the effects of Vengeful Lance will improve. As long as Dimitri can prevent his foes from generating follow-up attacks against him, he will hold his own in combat.

Fallen Dimitri is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to his Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

It also enables【Canto (1)】, which will enable him to move again after performing certain actions.
Not having any Distant Counter built into his kit means that Fallen Dimitri is vulnerable to any ranged units and is purely a player-phase unit.
Fallen Dimitri's base 17 Res is very low and will leave him vulnerable to magic and adaptive damage.
Keep him away from these foes to ensure his survival!

Fallen Dimitri can be used to inherit the skills Atk/Spd Solo 4, or Odd Tempest 3. However, Fallen Dimitri is a very powerful hero. We recommend training and investing in him instead of fodderring him off.

Will fallen Dimitri get a refine? I still don't understand how to tell which heroes get them. I know all the legendary, mythic, etc get them & that grail staff units usually don't get them, but other than that I'm not sure. As a newer player, the only way i can tell how old heroes are is by sorting, or seeing how many dragonflowers they can be given. This hero seems old enough to qualify for a refine, but not sure how that works. I just finally got him in a random summon.
