When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Spd / -HP

The best IVs for Attuned Caeda are +Spd and -HP. Spd is a superboon and boosts her Spd from base 47 to base 51, placing Caeda at the top of the Spd tiers as of the time of her release. This allows Caeda to outspeed a vast majority of the metagame with sufficient investment.

HP is our bane of choice as it is the easiest stat to patch up through Summoner Support and/or seasonal blessings. Caeda's Def and Res are above average and she is expected to enter multiple combats, thus, the defensive stats are more important.

+Spd for a +10 merge

We recommend +Spd when merging Attuned Caeda up to +10 to retain her edge as the fastest unit in the metagame.

How to Use, Explanation

This build aims to have Attuned Caeda perform as an Omnitank against the modern metagame; notably - against Valentine's Lyon. Panic Smoke 4 provides debuffs, Panic, and Foe Penalty Doubler to lower Lyon's Res enough so Caeda wins the Res check for Gray Illusion. External support will be needed to provide Def/Res bonuses with the loss of Def/Res Pledge.

Attuned Caeda is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Pure-Wing Spear grants stats and Warp to Caeda and allies

Attuned Caeda Attack Fire Emblem Heroes FEH

Attuned Caeda's Pure-Wing Spear grants Atk/Spd+6 and a Warping status effect to herself and nearby allies at the start of each turn. This effect is similar to Atk/Spd Oath 4, except it is granted to multiple units instead of just one unit. Having this effect built into the weapon makes Attuned Caeda one of the best support units in the game, freeing up C slots for heroes that otherwise would've equipped Atk/Spd Oath 4 for the self-bonus and Warp effects.

In combat, Pure-Wing Spear deals effective damage against armored and cavalry foes, grants bonus Atk/Spd/Def/Res to Caeda based on the number of nearby allies, grants a 50% damage reduction piercing effect, grants 30% damage reduction to Caeda, and heals 7-14 HP to Caeda for each of her attacks depending on the movement type of the foe.

Believe in Love? has a Unity effect and damage reduction

Attuned Caeda's exclusive B skill Believe in Love? has a Phantom Spd effect which treats her Spd as if it was 7 higher, allowing her to win Spd checks easily. It also has a Unity effect which grants Caeda a lot of bonus stats depending on the stat penalties applied to her, essentially reversing her stat penalties.

In combat, Believe in Love? inflicts Atk/Spd/Def-5 onto Caeda's foe and grants Caeda Spd-based damage reduction (up to 50%) on attacks and Specials.

More importantly, Believe in Love? reduces damage dealt to Attuned Caeda based on the amount of total bonuses among Caeda and nearby allies if against an armored or cavalry foe, and grants her damage reduction equal to 40% of that amount on her foe's first attack if against an infantry or flying foe. This effect in particular makes her a hard counter against armored and cavalry foes, protecting Caeda by granting her flat damage reduction. Assuming all of her base kit's bonuses are applied, this reduces the damage she takes by at least 24 for every attack she takes, making her an incredibly tanky unit.

Guard Echo grants Guard and damage reduction

Attuned Caeda comes with Guard Echo, an Attuned Skill that slows down her foe's Special cooldown charges in combat and grants her 20% damage reduction on her foe's first attack if they initiate combat.

This Attuned Skill is very good and a lot of units can make use of this skill.

Attuned Caeda Weaknesses

Tailored to fight Armored and Cavalry foes

While this isn't exactly a weakness, Attuned Caeda stands out when facing armored and cavalry foes with her ability to reduce damage from all sources against those foes.

When fighting Infantry or Flying foes, Attuned Caeda operates just like any other built omnitank unit.

This makes her somewhat redundant against specific team compositions, while excelling and going above and beyond against others.
