When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
We recommend a +Atk/-Spd IV for Múspell.
His Atk is a superboon and he will benefit greatly from the increased stat for his one-shot potential.
Múspell's Spd is a superbane and is not important for his combat potential, so it's safe to take as a bane.
We recommend taking +Atk as your boon of choice when building a +10 merged Múspell.
His extremely high Atk makes him a powerhouse that and no one would want to mess with.

Múspell is a close magical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he deals will be equivalent to his Atk minus the foe's Res stat.
Múspell's buffs from Flamelick Breath and Domain of Flame are shown here.
Flamelick Breath is an amazing weapon, as it not only gives Múspell Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat if his HP ≥ 25% but also inflicts【Deep Wounds】on his target and their nearby allies.
This makes Múspell a good offensive unit, as he can attack first and inflict the debuff to as many enemy units as possible so the rest of his team can clean up.
Domain of Flame's extra damage is shown in the damage calculation, with Múspell dealing 50 damage to this Sword Cavalier instead of 39.
Múspell's exclusive C skill is useful both for himself and allies with very high Atk.
If their Atk is higher than their target's Res, their first attack will deal damage = 30% of their Atk minus their target's Res.
This makes him good friends with a large number of purely damage units, as they can take advantage of this skill to deal large amounts of damage, possibly one-shotting enemy units on the first attack.
Múspell has no Distant Counter in his kit, which means that he can be kited by ranged units.
Even if he reduces damage, his HP can be slowly chipped away at in order to take him down.
Because he is considered a cavalry unit, Múspell takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Ridersbane+ or a Wolf weapon like Keen Rauðrwolf+, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take him/her down.
Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

Múspell can be used to inherit AR-D Def/Res 4, Rally Up Atk+, and Dragon Wall 3.
Currently, Múspell is the only unit with AR-D Def/Res 4, but you can manage to maximize inheritability by getting AR-D Def/Res 1-3 from Kjelle, and inheriting Dragon Wall 1-2 from Seiros.
This way, you can get both AR-D Def/Res 4 and Dragon Wall 3 from 1 copy of Múspell!
Múspell is a Hero who can be pulled from any summon.
Note: Not currently a featured hero in any Summon events.
