The best IVs for Apotheosis Anna are +Spd and -HP. Boosting Spd improves her Spd stat and allows her to keep up with the fastest metagame units despite her age and her statline being powercrept by modern units.

HP is the stat that is easier to patch up through blessings and other effects and is the bane we recommend.

+Atk for a +10 Merge

How to Use, Explanation

This premium build uses Godlike Reflexes to have Anna reduce as much incoming damage as possible. Atk/Spd Pledge allows Anna to keep charging up Godlike Reflexes while Atk/Spd Finish provides some sustain.

Refined Apotheosis Spear grants Warp, Canto, Dodge, and bonus true damage

Apotheosis Anna comes with an exclusive weapon, Apotheosis Spear, which grants base Spd+3, Atk/Spd+5 during combat, and allows warping to spaces adjacent to allies within 2 spaces.

When refined, Apotheosis Spear improves the Warp effect allowing Anna to warp to spaces within 2 spaces of any ally within 2 spaces and improves the bonus stats to instead grant Atk/Spd+5, Def/Res+4, and Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X where X is equal to 4 plus the number of Bonus effects on Anna x 2 (max +12).

Refined Apotheosis Spear also grants Anna 7 HP post-combat healing, neutralizes her penalties, and grants bonus damage equal to 15% of her Spd.
