The Lure of Home? is a Trust Commission for Lucy, where she will request the TreCarls videotape. She will also be available to promote the video store after completing this commission.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Lucy Trust Events and Best Answers
The Lure of Home? will be unlocked once you've reached the Friendly Trust Rank with Lucy. The Trust Commission will appear on the schedule the next morning.
Check the DM from Lucy, where she's asking about the TreCarls videotape. A follow-up message will occur afterwards, asking if you have the videotape that she requested.

Complete Family Dispute. Complete Family Education. Talk to Jobert inside the video store after completing the two combat commissions. |
You can get the TreCarls videotape after completing the combat commissions Family Dispute and Family Education. Then, talk to Jobert after completing the two Combat Commissions.
Note that Jobert is an old man that randomly spawns inside the video store, so it's best to talk to him immediately when you see him.
Video Store and Videotapes Guide
After answering Lucy's second DM, wait for her to come to the Random Play video store. Once she arrives, talk to her, and watch the videotape she requested.

The dialogue choices you make in The Lure of Home? don't matter as they will not increase trust.
After completing The Lure of Home?, Lucy can now promote the video store!
