Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Lucy Trust Events and Best Answers
The Goodbye Mysterious Visitor can be unlocked when your trust level with Lucy is near Level 3 or Close.
How to Increase Agent Trust Level
Go over to Lumina Square and talk to Lucy by the parking lot near Eve's News Stand and the HIA Club. She will tell you about a plan to lure out the mysterious person following her.
Have a staged heated argument with Lucy near the parking lot to lure out the mysterious person. After quite some time, the mysterious person will intervene with you and Lucy.
Chase the fleeing main in the suit and try to find him around Coff Cafe. He will be located just around the corner from the entrance of the coffee shop.
The dialogue choices you make in Goodbye Mysterious Visitor doesn't matter as this is a trust rank up commission.
Completing the Goodbye Mysterious Visitor commission will level up Lucy's trust rank to Close!
