Matikane Fukukitaru's alternate outfit, Lucky Tidings, will be released on November 6, 2025, and will be on rate-up until November 17, 2025. She is a Late Surger for Medium and Long races. Furthermore, she has a lot of Speed skills focused on Long Distances, but lack necessary Recovery skills for said distances.

Matikane Fukukitaru is a decent Late Surger with a high affinity towards Long races, given her Potential levels unlock the Gold versions of Pressure and Inside Scoop. That said, she doesn't have any Recovery skills in her kit, which is ideal for Long races.
Her Unique Skill, Bountiful Harvest, is quite easy to trigger as a Late Surger, since its condition requires you to be in the back half of the pack with another runner trying to overtake you after the mid-point of the course is passed. This can, however, be challenging to pinpoint when it triggers in the mid-to-late race.

For tight spenders, Christmas Oguri Cap or the Support Cards, SSR Rice Shower and SSR Riko Kashimoto, are much more ideal to pull for. Kitasan Black is also expected to come out sometime soon, based on the JP server's timeline.
Of course, if you have other reasons besides PvP, you can't go wrong pulling for favorites. It will be a good time to pull for Matikane Fukukitaru's Lucky Tidings alternate outfit, known as Full Armor, if you've liked her character and story for quite a while now!
