Completing Training the Trainer event missions rewards the player with multiple items, such as Carats and 3-Star Tickets in Umamusume: Pretty Derby. Learn more about the event missions and how to complete the skill and epithet missions here.
List of Contents
The most reliable way to complete the Skill missions is to unlock character skills via their Potential Levels, since these will always be available to them. Alternatively, you can also use or borrow Support Cards that provide Hints for the needed skills, as you don't need to spend as many resources. It's also more accessible but can take more than a run per skill if you don't get the right events.
As for the Epithets, we highly recommend doing career runs with Gold Ship, as she can easily get most of the needed Epithets. The Triple Tiara, Dirt Devil, and All-Rounder epithets will require other characters to get easily.

If you do not have this card, you can try our Friend ID Sharing Board to find a Trainer who has it.

Oguri Cap (Starlight Beat)

Winning 7 G1 races will reward you with this Epithet. This Epithet can be earned by anyone as long as you make sure to sign up for and win 7 G1 races. Most G1 races are in the Mile and Medium category on Turf tracks, so Umas that excel in these have more oppotunities to get these wins.
The easiest character to get G1 wins with would be Oguri Cap since she already has a strong unique skill to start with, along with being A in both the above distances. You can make this even easier with a Pace Chaser setup using the accel uniques Red Shift/LP1211-Mt/Shooting for Victory!, and the recovery skills Gourmand or Swinging Maestro.

For the All-Rounder Epithet, you must win 3 G1 races each on Turf and Dirt tracks. Characters that can get this Epithet easily include Oguri Cap and El Condor Pasa, who are Turf A while having a starting Dirt aptitude of B.
You can win G1 Dirt races with them even with Dirt B, but having them at Dirt A can also help in ensuring they don't lack anywhere when trying to secure the win on those races. You only need 1 star of a Dirt Spark to have their initial Dirt aptitude set at A.

Reaching 1200 Speed will reward you with the Speed Queen Epithet. Performing a Career run with Sakura Bakushin O and 4-5 Speed cards is an easy way of getting this Epithet.
One of the Support Cards that will provide a lot of gains to Speed Training the best would be Kitasan Black (Fire at My Heels) SSR card due to her high Specialty Priority. This is followed by the more accessible Sweep Tosho (Lamplit Training of a Witch-to-be) SR card.

To receive the Power Lifter Epithet, you must reach Power Training Level 5 on any character. The easiest to complete this with would be Sakura Bakushin O due to her career not demanding a lot of Stamina training (mostly Sprints and just 2 Mile races as goals). To be secure, you can give her some Stamina sparks.
Raising a Training Facility level in the URA Finale Secnario is done by repeatedly using that facility. In the Unity Cup Scenario, raising facility training levels is done by raising your team ranking (team rank S raises all facilities to Lv. 5).
