To level up a Support Card, you need to spend Support Points (SP) and Monies. The higher a Support Card's level and rarity are, the higher the costs will be.

You can also level them up when you choose a Support Card deck for a Career. Long click or hold tap on a Support Card, then select the Level Up button.
When you back, you will return to the deck selection screen in the Career mode.

All Support Cards have a Unique Perk and other Support Effects that are locked in higher levels. You should invest in Support Cards with strong Unique Perks or Support Effects for maximum benefts.
If you need to save on SPs and Monies, you can focus on unlocking a Support Card's Unique Perk or some Support Effects instead of enchancing them to its max level.
Each Support Card has their own level requirements for their effects. Use your resources wisely by checking if each effect is beneficial for your Career.

Leveling up your Support Cards will also enchance their Support Effects. This is why Level 45 SR Support Cards can be stronger than Level 30 SSR Support Cards.

Each Support Card has their own Unique Perk. Usually, these are a combination of two Support Effects. You should level up a Support Card to unlock its Unique Perk when you can.

These are a list of buffs that a Support Card can give to your Trainee. These effects can happen in different stages of the game like Initial Friendship Gauge that activate before a Career and Hint Frequency that apply during a Career.

These skills can be learned by your Trainee after they train with the Support Card. Look for the red exclamation point in the Training screen and they have a chance to earn hint levels for one of the skils in their list.

The last tab are Career Events that could happen during a Career. Pressing the ⓘ icon will show a skill your Trainee can learn after the event.

Extra Support Cards, that cannot be used for uncapping or those you do not need, can be converted to Cleats. Each Support Card Rarity has their own Cleats.

For each Cleat, there are useful items you can trade for. With Rainbow and Gold Cleats, you can gain Dream Glimmers that can be used to raise your character's Potential.
Notaby, you can trade 50 Silver Cleats, which are 5 R Support cards, for a SR+ Guaranteed Make Debut Ticket twice a month. This can help you get stronger Support Cards while you are scouting for a specific one.
