Arrows Whistle, Shadows Disperse is a unique velocity skill that activates when a racer is closing in from behind (for an overtake) on the user in the late-race. The skill user has to be in the 1st half of the pack, which is 1st-5th position in a 9-gate (CM).
The activation of this skill depends on being overtaken. It's less likely to activate if the user is in a toward-the-back style like Late Surger or End Closer, and is most optimal in a Pace Chaser position. Due to requiring a chasing racer from behind, it'll activate less often compared to Red Shift/LP1211-M, for example.

Rainy Days ◯Is Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight) Worth It
Okay as an Extra Long Pace Chaser
Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight), also known as Festival Symboli Rudolf, is a new alternate outfit of Symboli Rudolf (Emperor's Path). In contrast to her default version, she's more suited to being a Long-distance Pace Chaser in this outfit. In this case, she will be a bit similar to Mejiro McQueen. Alternatively, she may also be built for Medium distance.
Her unique skill is pretty average compared to her default version's Behold Thine Emperor's Divine Might though, and in Long races, toward-the-back positions like Ends and Lates tend to have the bigger advantage.
Looking at long-term use, you'll have more utility out of the default Symboli Rudolf and other stayers like Mejiro McQueen or Gold Ship. So Festival Rudolf here is looking more like a fan pick than a PvP essential.

Try Winning 8 or More G1 RacesTrain in the Trackblazer (MANT) Scenario
When training Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight), use the brand new Trackblazer (MANT) scenario, as this will allow you to get higher stats than before. Try to get at least 30 to 33 wins during your career runs. However, you can continue racing to earn coins or spawn new items to the shop from Rival Races.
Just like the default Symboli Rudolf, Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight) has an A-rank in Medium and Long so she can race in those distances effectively. To expand her race options, you can also run her in Mile races as she has a C-rank for that distance, allowing Rival Races to appear. However, to ensure she can win the races effectively, increase her aptitude to B-rank using 1 Mile spark.
Trackblazer (Make a New Track) Scenario Guide
Raise to Potential Level 5
If you have the resources, raising Festival Symboli Rudolf to Potential Level 5 is a good choice to get Fall Frenzy, a passive that improves both her Speed and Power stats. This is an alright gold green passive to take if you are mainly building her for Champions Meetings set during those seasons, but inconsistent for Team Trials.
Otherwise, the other skills Straight Descent and Pace Chaser Straightaways ◯ are okay if you plan to build her as a Pace Chaser. Calm and Collected is fine if you need the extra stamina for longer races, just note that will activate in the 2nd half of the early-race. We still recommend more consistent recovery skills like Swinging Maestro or other mid-race recovery skills.

Like the default Symboli Rudolf, Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight) has benefits for winning 7 G1s races, or 8 G1 races and more. Getting the 8 Wins Event is recommended for the most benefit.
Symboli Rudolf already has 7 G1 races lined up in her career, so you can just add 1 extra G1 race on your schedule (like the classic period of the Japan Cup, Queen Elizabeth II Cup, etc.). This is provided you can win all 7 G1s in her career.
Hidden events do not appear in the Trackblazer (MANT) scenario, so it is not necessary to pursue them. Instead, aim for these events in the URA Finale scenario where you are free to do off-career races should you lose in some of the G1 races in her career goals.
Obtaining these events in the Unity Cup might be a bit more challenging. If you don't win a lot of her G1 career races, you will have to sacrifice a lot of extra training turns and put in off-career G1 races on your agenda if you wish to get these events.

Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight) is recommended be built as a Long-distance Pace Chaser, so you'll want to ensure you have a lot of stamina for this style. Above is the recommended statline when aiming for at least high-level Team Trials. Aim to learn 2 gold recovery skills as well.
For her career races, try to aim for at least 400 Stamina for the Kikuka Sho and 500 Stamina for Tenno Sho (Spring) to pass. Adding more Stamina and learning recovery skills should make it much easier to win.
It is important to note that if you cannot reach the stats recommended above, you can instead aim for a similar stat distribution. You can then compensate for the missing stats using skills.
Recommended Support Cards
For support cards, we recommend a mixed setup of 2 Wit, 2 Speed and 2 Race Bonus filler. This will provide her with all the stats she needs as a Pace Chaser for Mile, Medium, or Long races.
Since Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight) will be running in Long races for Trackblazer and in Team Trials, consider using Super Creek (Piece of Mind) as a filler card to get the gold recovery skill, Swinging Maestro. Otherwise, prioritize using cards with a high Race Bonus as your filler cards.
Budget Build
This deck consists mostly of SR cards, and are meant for players who do not have many SSR Support Cards. Despite the lower rarity, this deck can still hold up and perform well in the latest scenario. Take advantage of the game's borrowing feature to borrow a powerful MLB SSR, like Super Creek (Piece of Mind).

For Legacy Sparks, we recommend trying to find Stamina and Power sparks to help with Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight)'s career. As for pink sparks, we recommend improving Distance aptitudes first, then Turf, and lastly Style aptitudes.
For the Trackblazer (MANT) career mod, her C-rank in Mile will suffice if you want to expand her race options, as Rival Races will appear in this rank. To increase her chances of winning those races, raise her aptitude to at least B-rank using 1 Mile spark. If you want to upgrade it to A-rank, you will need 4 Mile sparks instead.
You can use either your own Veterans, or borrow the ones from your friends. If you do not have Veterans with full sparks, you can go with whatever you have access to.
Recommended Skills
Professor of CurvaturePace Chaser skills like Prepared to Pass are recommended for Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight) since her innate and potential skill kit is more oriented towards that style.
Since Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight) will also be a Long racer for your Team Trials, you'll need 2 gold recovery skills to maintain her stamina. Swinging Maestro is always a reliable and strong choice, then you can acquire Calm and Collected if you raise her to Potential Level 3.
Pace Chaser uniques like the The Duty of Dignity Calls, Red Shift/LP1211-M, or Shooting for Victory! are recommend to maximize your chances of hitting 1st place. In Team Trials, as you'll want skills that activate more consistently for more points (in this case, like Red Shift). Triumphant Pulse can also help in breaking out of packs to secure wins.
If you cannot get the recommended skills, you can replace them with similar skills that you have access to. You will just need to make sure that Symboli Rudolf (Archer by Moonlight) can activate said skills in a race.

During Senior Year Late December of Symboli Rudolf's career (after the Arima Kinen), you will encounter one of three possible secret events based on how many G1 races you won throughout your career. The G1 wins can come from either your career goal races, or other G1 races that Symboli Rudolf can participate in.
An easy way to get the Current of Success event would be to win the Hopeful Stakes, a Medium race held during Junior Year Late December. Afterward, win all of her career races, as she has exactly 7 G1 races in her career goals.
If you want to maximize your chances of winning G1 races for these secret events, try to get around 500 Stamina for Kikuka Sho, and around 600 Stamina for Tenno Sho (Spring).
