The first race is easy, with all of your competitors being in the lowly F rank. If you have not played Career Mode before, we recommend doing so before participating in this race, as it will make the race much easier.

The competition has improved, but not by much. Their overall ranks are still quite low, in the upper F+ tier. With only minor differences from the first race, completing the second race shouldn't be too difficult, as the increase in difficulty is minimal.

The third race is where the difficulty really ramps up. Opponents have ranks ranging from E to E+, with a few F+ ranks mixed in. Since this is a Medium length race, you can switch characters if you have ones that are better suited for it.

This is the final race, so the competition will be at its fiercest. You will need a decently built character with enough speed to outrun the two D-rank competitors and enough stamina to last all the way to the end.
The real challenge of this race is overcoming the strongest competitor, Oguri Cap. She will be at C rank and excels at Long races. Although she provides a decent challenge, her participation in the race means that players who have been using her cannot use her for this particular race and must use an alternative character instead.
You will earn a total of 510 Carats by completing episodes 1 to 14 and finishing all four races in first place.

Completing the chapter will reward the player with the SSR Mejiro Mcqueen (Your Team Ace) support card, a competent support card that specializes in Stamina. The support card's skills and passives are useful for beginners, especially those building pace chasers suited for long races.
