Is Smart Falcon (LOVE☆4EVER) Worth It?
Pull for Her Dirt Aptitude
As there aren't much trainees that naturally have an A aptitude for Dirt in the game right now apart from Haru Urara, pulling for Smart Falcon is a must.
She will make a great addition to your Dirt Team Trial team, and can free up other characters like Oguri Cap and Taiki Shuttle to be used in other teams.

Run Her as Front Runner
As Smart Falcon has an A rank on her Front aptitude, it is best to run her as a Front Runner to also utilize her skill Front Runner Savvy.
Max Out Her Potential When Able
To increase the amount of skills you immediately have access to on Smart Falcon, it is recommended to max out her Potential level. However, if you do not have the Monies or materials to do so, you can hold back on increasing her potentials.
Upgrade Her Medium Aptitude If You Can
Since Smart Falcon has 7 Medium races on her career training, it is best to upgrade her Medium aptitude to S rank with Legacy Medium sparks to improve her performance in these races.

As a Mile and Medium racer who prefers to be a Front Runner, Smart Falcon will need Speed and Power, so prioritize getting those. Follow this up with Stamina, as having good Stamina means she can run at max speed for longer. Afterward, level her Guts and Wit, with a focus on Wit to prevent Rushed.
It is important to note that if you cannot reach the stats recommended above, you can instead aim for a similar stat distribution. You can then compensate for the missing stats using skills.
Recommended Support Cards
For Smart Falcon, we recommend a 3 Speed, 2 Power, 1 Stamina deck, although you can replace a Power card for a Wit card if you want. You can also replace a Power card for a Speed card, but this shouldn't be needed thanks to Smart Falcon's +20% Speed growth.
These cards will help Smart Falcon level her needed Stats (especially with Rainbow/Friendship Training), as well as provide some needed skills like Professor of Curvature and Final Push.

If you do not have the cards from the recommended deck, you can replace them with a similar stat card that provides skills that Smart Falcon needs. These can be SSR cards, or even SR cards. Above are some of the SR cards that you can use in place of SSR Support cards.

For Legacy Sparks, try to get Speed and Power sparks as she will need them for her Mile and Medium races. If you're having a hard time getting the needed Stamina, you can also replace some Speed sparks for Stamina.
For race length aptitude, prioritize getting Medium sparks as most of Smart Falcon's career races are Medium length. As for running style, get Front Runner sparks to try and get it from A to S.
You can use either your own Veterans, or borrow the ones from your friends. If you do not have Veterans with full sparks, you can go with whatever you have access to.

When picking Legacies, try to select compatible legacies, as they increase the chance of inheriting additional sparks during the Inheritance events. This is not reqauired, but is highly recommended.

Since Smart Falcon is a Front Runner for Mile and Medium races, so Speed skills are a priority. Some good skills include Final Push and Homestretch Haste to secure your win at the end of the race. If Straightaway Adept activates during the final spurt, you can get even more speed.
Professor of Curvature and Front Runner Corners are good corner speed skills, and can help you keep your lead mid-race. Finally, if you need Recovery skills, then Swinging Maestro is a good option.
If you cannot get the recommended skills, you can replace them with similar skills that you have access to. You will just need to make sure that Smart Falcon can activate said skills in a race.

While going through Smart Falcon's carrer, you will usually encounter the event Coming to a City Near You ☆. When this event triggers, Smart Falcon will receive one of five Fan Promise status effects. These status effects do nothing on their own, but will instead tie in with another secret event: Connecting ☆ Inspiration

Upon receiving a Fan Promise effect, you must then win a race linked to the Fan Promise effect. Upon winning the race, you will receive a Mood up, Skill Points, a Skill related to the race track, and an increase to two Stats.

After winning a race based on your Fan Promise region, Smart Falcon will receive increases to two Stats. The affected Stats will depend on which area you raced in. For example, getting Fan Promise (Hokuto) requires winning a race in either a Niigata or Fukushima race. After winning one, Smart Falcon's Speed and Stamina will increase.
It's important to note that you do not need to win a graded race for the win to count. Winning a Pre-OP or OP race will still count toward this event's completion.
