Note that the above stats can apply to the Graded League. You can relax your stats a bit more for Open League, but we always recommend you prioritize enough Stamina. |

For debuffers, the most important stats at their careers should be the Wit stat and their skills. Other stats like Stamina are just important for clearing the career and at least catching up to other racers.
1200 Wit is the ideal Wit stat if you can afford it in your training setup, but 600 Wit can just be the bare minimum.

Above are the recommended Debuffers for Leo Cup. All of them can serve as Dedicated Debuffers, but some, such as Wedding Mayano Top Gun and Agnes Tachyon, can serve a secondary role as a Hybrid Ace/Debuffer.
Hybrid Aces only need to follow the regular CM standard of stats and skills (with a minimum Wit of at least 400). Their main addition is their Gold Debuff skill. Additional debuffs may also be added but only if you have exhausted all necessary skills.

The recommended debuffer deck setups for are decks that can debuffs skills and Wit. Get as much debuffs as you can to affect as many opponents in a race possible.
For purposes of surviving careers, you can add certain cards like SSR Kitasan Black or SSR Super Creek that help take care of stat requirements.

Late Race: Anti-Stamina Late-Race: Mid-Race: Early-Race: |
| ・Anti-velocity skills punish racers who survive/tank with stamina but lack sufficient speed and skills.
┗ Murmur / Mystifying Murmur's range will hit every opponent in front of the user, so it will hit faraway Front Runners, but will miss End Closers behind. ┗ Intense Gaze will slightly decrease the speed affect all opponents. Only works on an End Closer. ・Anti-stamina skills punish racers who will be lacking stamina. Lacking stamina leads to loss in speed. ┗ Sharp Gaze / All-Seeing Eyes only affects opponents in a limited cone-range in front of the user (can be improved with Late Surger Savvy). Front Runners far ahead and End Closers around or behind the user can dodge this. Due to its range, more Power and Stamina can help have the user keep up with other racers ahead for debuffs. ┗ Tether / Dominator affects all opponents in front of the user. |
Note that debuffs do not affect your teammates.
Above are the recommended debuffer skills. Late-Race skills are where most Gold skills are situated, and is theoretically the most effective since racers are close to low stamina at this point.
The late-race section is also where racers engage in a last spurt, so anti-velocity skills like Dominator are good here for slowing down racers who are trying to hit their speed cap.
Some debuffs left out here are non-Medium-compatible debuffs and debuffs that only affect Rushed states (ex. Frenzied Front Runners). Rushed-dependent debuffs are not as consistent since the state is random and the chance of getting it is lessened by having a high Wit stat.

Sparks for debuffers may follow the standard Stamina and Power spark amounts. This is more to help with career completion than directly in PvP. White sparks are also good so that you can get extra debuffs along with hint levels.
