This chapter's races consist of one Mile race one Medium race, and two Long races, so you may need to switch Trainees as you go through the story. While it does have some character restrictions, particularly in the last two races, you will still have plenty of good alternative characters to complete the races.

Pretty Derby's main story missions are straightforward. They are divided into episodes, in which scenes are played out where the player participates in the character's progression as the assistant trainer.
There are typically four races in each chapter, and the player must reach first place in each one, with some exceptions.
Beginners Guide: Early Game Progression
Play Career To Use in Main Story Races
Finishing all of the races can be difficult for base characters without any progression, so it is recommended to playi a few runs of Career mode first before doing any of the races. Train the character with the aptitude that best fits the race length to secure the required placement.
