Big-Sisterly will be the most difficult to get as it is locked to Wedding Air Groove and Fuji Kiseki. So focus on getting the other skills instead if you don't have them.
Furious Feat can be obtained by unlocking Potential Level 5 for Vodka (Wild Top Gear). If you want to use Support Cards instead, this is obtainable from Grass Wonder (Fairest Fleur) and Oguri Cap (Get Lots of Hugs for Me).
Use Taiki Shuttle (Tracen Academy) as your card and choose Happy Hoppers as the team name in Unity Cup and win against Team Zenith at the end for Mile Maven. Taiki Shuttle and Summer Maruzensky should also have this in their base kit if you want to run them instead.
Finally, It's On! can be obtained by achieving Team Rank S on Unity Cup.

Use Agnes Tachyon or Grass Wonder (with 1 Medium spark) as your Trainee for Dominator. Symboli Rudolf (Emperor's Path) also has this if you have her.
To get Clairvoyance, use Matikane Fukukitaru (Fate's Forecast) for Unity Cup and choose Sunny Runners as team name and win against Team Zenith. If you want another option El Condor Pasa (El Numero 1) has this at Potential 3.
For Unyielding, use Air Shakur (7 More Centimeters) or Mejiro Ryan (Winning Pitch) cards. If you have Hishi Amazon (Azure Amazon), you can also use her at Potential 3.
Finally, It's On! can be obtained by achieving Team Rank S on Unity Cup.

For the Long test, all the skills can be obtained from Support Cards, so you can use any trainee with good Long aptitude such as Gold Ship. However, if you want to reduce your reliance on supports, you can use Seiun Sky or Mejiro McQueen (Frontline Elegance) with the right potential levels for Vanguard Spirit.
If you can only get Vanguard Spirit from supports, consider having Seiun Sky (Paint the Sky Red) or Mejiro Palmer (Go Ahead and Laugh) on your deck.
Rice Shower (Showered in Joy) should also be considered for her Adrenaline Rush. You can get this card for free by completing Chapter 2 of the main story. If you bring this card and choose Blue Bloom as the team name in Unity Cup, you can also get Cooldown if you're able to beat Team Zenith. Mejiro McQueen (Your Team Ace) is another free option for Cooldown.
Finally, It's On! can be obtained by achieving Team Rank S on Unity Cup.

To unlock Indomitable, have either Haru Urara as your trainee, or have another trainee and use Haru Urara's Guts support card in the Unity Cup scenario. Make sure to choose Carrot Pudding as the team name and defeat team Zenith to guarantee the skill.
Use either Smart Falcon as a trainee, her support card Smart Falcon (My Umadol Way! ☆), or the Kawakami Princess (Princess Bride) support cards to unlock Center Stage. As for Lead the Charge!, it is currently locked to Agnes Digital trainee so if you don't have her, just focus on other skills.

Note that you cannot have trainees and support cards with the same characters together.
For Breath of Fresh Air, this can be obtained from Mayano Top Gun's potential kit or the support card Vodka (Wild Rider). For Swinging Maestro, you can either get it from Super Creek herself, Wedding Mayano Top Gun, Super Creek (Piece of Mind), or Rice Shower (Happiness Just around the Bend).
For Clairvoyance, you can get it from Potential 3 El Condor Pasa (El Numero 1) or as a Unity Cup scenario link reward for having either Matikanefukukitaru as a trainee or as support card, picking the team name Sunny Runners, and winning against team Zenith.
Rushing Gale! is obtained when completing the 5th event of SSR Riko Kashimoto's recreation chain, or from the last event chain of Tokai Teio (Dream Big!). Unyielding will have to be obtained from either Hishi Amazon as a trainee, or the SSR support cards Air Shakur (7 More Centimeters) and Mejiro Ryan (Winning Pitch).
Points from winning races (1st place) on this test add up, so it's recommended to train your Umamusme to get 1st place in them as much as you can. Stacking as much G1 wins is recommended for efficiency; you'll still want to pay attention to your trainee stats and doing sufficient Unity Training in the Unity Cup.

For the free test, strong recommendations for Umamusume that can guarantee a lot of G1 wins is Taiki Shuttle (Wild Frontier) or Oguri Cap (Starlight Beat). Otherwise, any Umamusume you're confident in training, winning a lot of races, and getting as much skills as you can is a fine choice simply for completion.
For Sprint-Mile races, a Speed-Wit deck is usually recommended. This can also be done with Medium if you have a lot of high limit break cards. In general, Medium-Long will benefit the most from Speed-Power or Speed-Stamina decks.

For the Trainer Aptitude Test, you must do the Unity Cup as this test isn't available in URA Finale.
Unity Cup (Aoharu Hai) Scenario Guide
Your goal in the Trainer Aptitude Test is to get as many points as possible. This means you'll have to meet the stat requirements and use Spirit Bursts at least 10 times to get a better chance at getting an A. Focus on meeting these goals and don't worry if the end result isn't optimal.
Getting all the listed skills in a test isn't required but we still recommend trying to aim for as many as possible to get many points once you finish a Unity Cup run. By using the recommended supports and trainees, you should be able to get enough skills to pass the tests even with a B+ trainee rating.

We recommend bringing any Umamusume that has an A aptitude or above on the Trainer Aptitude Test they're going to take, as having A aptitude or above on the stat related to the test has a x1 multiplier which will avoid possible penalties to your final score. If the Umamusume has a lower aptitude, look for appropriate sparks for the track to raise them.

Always check the Event Rewards section every day and obtain extra Test Coins. Be sure to also attempt the limited-time rewards for additional coins and Carats. You can keep grinding the Free Test to gain more Test Coins to exchange in the shop.

Exchange Test Coins that you get from the event and prioritize getting the items above, especially for Carats and the Uncap Crystal Shards. If you want to exchange Star Pieces to unlock the 3 Star Umamusume, use any coins you have on Taiki Shuttle (Wild Frontier) first since her Daily Legend Race should be available in a few months. Rice Shower pieces are a lower priority, but you can exchange them to reduce the grind for it later.
The Trainer Aptitude Test event released on January 15, 2026 and ran until January 23, 2026 UTC time.
Note that this event will eventually rerun if they follow the Japanese schedule so don't fret if you miss the first one.
Does the races won point add up by many times you win the races?

Hello! Thank you for pointing this out. We have made it clearer to suggest using another trainee for cards with the same character. Thank you for the query! We have updated additional info about races (yes, they add up!) in the section for the Extra Test.
