How to Unlock Characters

Scout from the Gacha Banners

Draw from the Gacha
The most straightforward way to get new trainees is by spending Carats and scouting in the current Gacha Banner. It takes 150 Carats to perform a single draw, and 1500 Carats to perform a ten draw. Performing a ten draw guarantees at least one 2-Star Trainee or rarer!

Alternatively, you can unlock a new character by unlocking them with Star Pieces. You can get Star Pieces to unlock new trainees from event rewards, as well as the rotating Legend Races.
How to Get Star Pieces

Unlock via the Trainee Tab

Unlock with Star Pieces

Once you have enough Star Pieces, you can unlock the character via the Trainee tab located in the Enhance sub-menu. Click Trainee again afterward, and select the character you want to unlock using your Star Pieces.
