Control breathing and kick forward hard toward victory in the second half of the race after recovering endurance with skills at least 3 times. |

Festive Miracle's main activation requirements is that Oguri Cap must activate three recovery skills, and she must be in the second half of the race. As such, this makes it easy to manipulate when the skill will activate.
Generally, you want two recovery skills that activate during the early to mid-race, such as Corner Recovery ◯ and Hydrate. The third recovery skill will then serve as the trigger for the skill to activate. Recovery skills that can fit this role include Triple 7s, After-School Stroll (if there is a downhill near the late-race), and Moxie (if there is an uphill near the late-race).
If you plan to use a recovery skill for a running style that Oguri Cap has low compatibility with, make sure to improve her aptitude so that she can still perform well during her races.

Oguri Cap (Ashen Miracle) is a must pull as her strength will remain relevant for a while. This is mostly thanks to her Unique Skill that provides velocity, acceleration, and recovery all at once. The only downside of her unique skill is its activation requirement, which needs Oguri Cap to activate three recovery skills.
This can, however, be used to your advantage, especially during Champions Meeting races, as you can manipulate when her skill will activate by taking specific recovery skills and making Oguri Cap use the correct running style.
While this is less effective in Team Trials because of the randomized race tracks, she can still perform generally well as long as she has the needed recovery skills.
Although Oguri Cap (Ashen Miracle) is powerful, her strength can fall off once evolved skills are introduced to the game. While other evolved skills provide significant boosts to other Umamusumes, the evolved skills that Oguri Cap (Ashen Miracle) has access to only increase Stamina recovery, which is not as useful.
Oguri Cap (Ashen Miracle) is currently on rateup alongside Biwa Hayahide (Rouge Caroler). The banner will run from January 5, 2026, at 10:00 PM UTC until January 20, 2026, at 9:59 PM UTC.

|
|

When training Oguri Cap, use the brand new Unity Cup scenario to take advantage of the new Spirit Burst mechanic. This not only lets you gain more stats than normal, but can also provide useful Skill Hints.
Although Oguri Cap can be run as a Late Surger, it is ideal to run her as a Pace Chaser. This allows her to use various mid-race recovery skills, such as her innate skill Hydrate, as well as Race Planner and Preferred Position.
Alternatively, you can also run Oguri Cap (Ashen Miracle) as a Late Surger or End Closer based on the racetrack. This allows you to manipulate her Unique Skill activation even further by taking advantage of certain recovery skills like After-School Stroll for End Closers or even length-based recovery skills like Soft Step and Deep Breaths for Medium and Long races respectively.
Take note that if you plan on running Oguri Cap as an End Closer, you will need to get enough End Closer Sparks to get her from D aptitude to at least A Aptitude (minimum of 7 End Closer sparks).
It is important to prioritize getting three recovery skills to ensure that Oguri Cap can activate her Unique Skill. It is enough to get three white Recovery skills for this, as trying to get gold Recovery skills will lessen the amount of Skill Points you can use for other skills.
One particularly good recovery skill to get is Triple 7s, as this can activate right before or during the late-race in Medium and Long tracks. When partnered with other mid-race recovery skills that can activate earlier, Triple 7s can serve as the activation point for Oguri Cap's Unique skill.
To make it easier to get Oguri Cap's required recovery skills, use Hint Books to get Skill Hints for her innate and potential recovery skills, specifically Hydrate and Triple 7s. This lets you get the skills at a discounted rate without having to rely on your Support Cards or Career events for Skill Hints.
Unlike her original counterpart, Oguri Cap (Ashen Miracle) is better suited for Medium races. Because of this, make sure to improve her Medium aptitude so she can perform even better on her career races, as well as in Team Trials.
Alternatively, you can also improve her Long Aptitude. This not only helps her in her two Arima Kinen career races, but it also helps her perform better if you plan to use her for Champions Meetings set in Long tracks.
| 1200 | 800 | 700 | 400 | 500 |
Since Oguri Cap will be part of your Medium Team in Team Trials as a Pace Chaser, we recommend getting the stats above so she has enough Stamina and Power to beat the competition. There is no need to go above the recommended Stamina as Oguri Cap will have at minimum four recovery skills (three white Recovery skills and her Unique Skill). Instead, try to increase her Wit to make sure that her recovery skills activate.
If you are only planning to clear a career run with Oguri Cap, then you can aim for lower stat numbers, as the stats above are for Team Trials.

For the upcoming Sagittarius Cup, Oguri Cap (Ashen Miracle) will be a strong contender as an End Closer. Since she will have three recovery skills (four if you include her Unique Skill), she does not need as much Stamina as her competitiors. This allows you to train her other stats, specifically her Wit as you need to guarantee that her three recovery skills activate.
Triple 7s is a must for this build, as it will serve as the activation point for Oguri Cap's Unique Skill. Additionally, while you only need three recovery skills to activate Oguri Cap's Unique Skill, having a fourth recovery skill can serve as a safety net in case one does not activate.
This is, however, a gamble, as you risk activating her Unique Skill too early.
Sagittarius Cup Champions Meeting Guide
For Support cards, we recommend a Wit-focused deck containing 2 Speed, 3 Wit, and 1 Pal to help you maximize training time and to help Oguri Cap meet her Wit requirements. Oguri Cap's Stamina will come from her Sparks, as well as Riko Kashimoto's Events.
You can also choose to run 2 Speed, 2 Wit, 1 Power, 1 Pal deck if you are having problems reaching the Stamina and Power recommendations. Rice Shower is an especially good SSR Power card as it can provide hints for Corner Recovery ◯, as well as some good Training stats.
This deck is for players who are starting out and are still trying to get a feel of the game's mechanics and intricacies. This deck can help you get the needed stats to clear the career, while also providing important skills.
Take advantage of the game's borrowing feature to borrow a powerful MLB SSR, like Kitasan Black. Additionally, if you do not have an MLB copy of Riko Kashimoto (Tracen Academy), it would be better to use another SR Stamina card instead.
These cards will help Oguri Cap level her needed Stats (especially with Rainbow/Friendship Training), as well as provide some needed skills.
These stats are enough to clear the URA Finale easily, as it provides enough Speed, Stamina, and Power for all of Oguri Cap's career races, especially when partnered with the correct skills. As for the deck, you can either run a 4 Speed, 2 Power deck, or a 3 Speed, 2 Power, 1 Pal deck, with Tazuna Hayakawa as the preferred Pal card.

| 18★ Stamina | |
| 3★ Pace Chaser 3★ Medium |
For Legacy Sparks, we recommend trying to find Stamina sparks as you will mostly be running decks with no Stamina cards. Go for Medium sparks as you will be using Oguri in Medium Team Trials, and Pace Chaser sparks since she will be running as a Pace Chaser.
You can use either your own Veterans, or borrow the ones from your friends. If you do not have Veterans with full sparks, you can go with whatever you have access to.
When getting skills for Oguri Cap, prioritize getting three Recovery Skills so that she can activate her Unique Skill. There is no need to get Gold recovery skills, so normal ones like Hydrate, Corner Recovery ◯, and Triple 7s are good options.
With the skill points you saved, invest in gold velocity and acceleration skills, such as Professor of Curvature, In Body and Mind, No Stopping me!, and It's On!. Other skills like Tail Held High and Pace Chaser and Medium Corners can help round out the build.
For Unique Skills, inheriting Triumphant Pulse from the original Oguri Cap can be helpful, but can also be difficult to achieve as it requires specific Veterans and Sparks to work.
If you cannot get the recommended skills, you can replace them with similar skills that you have access to. You will just need to make sure that Oguri Cap can activate said skills in a race.

This secret event can be obtained by achieving the above event conditions. Oguri Cap will get the Mood bonus regardless of what you do on the date of the Tenno Sho (Spring). As such, this event is not a priority unless you are aiming to do the upcoming secret event.

Hydrate +1 |
The Together Forever secret event can be achieved by winning four specific G1 races: the Kikuka Sho, Arima Kinen (Classic Year), Osaka Hai, and Tenno Sho (Spring). Doing so will trigger the secret event on Senior Year Late December, where you will get Speed and Stamina, Skill Points, and a Skill Hint for Hydrate.
Take note that if you plan to do this secret event, it is advisable to get at least 1 Long spark to push Oguri Cap's Long aptitude from B to A. Additionally, try to get at least 500 Stamina before the Kikuka Sho and at least 600 Stamina before the Tenno Sho (Spring). This can be lowered if you have recovery skills.

To make sure that you don't miss any of the secret event's required races, make sure to use the Agenda Race Scheduler. This can help you keep track of the Kikuka Sho, Osaka Hai, and Tenno Sho (Spring) in particular, as they are not part of Oguri Cap's race goals. You can also save and load Agendas for future runs.
