※ Event Consumables will vary between servers and the TP gain they provide also varies.

The main way to replenish TP is to wait for it to recharge. You will regain at 1 TP every 10 minutes. This means, for a Career run, you need to wait 5 hours for 30 TP.
This can be regained whille doing Career runs or watching story cutscenes. It is recommended to deplete your TP everyday to maximize your Career runs.

In the mobile version of the game, you can turn on notifications for when your TP or RP becomes full. This can help you manage your resources throughout the day.
Make sure your smartphone allows the game to send notifications for this feature to work.

The primary way to get your TP recharged immediately is by using Toughness 30. Go to the + icon near the TP Bar and you will find this item.
Another consumable you can use for instant TP are Carats. You can spend 10 Carats for 30 TP. We do not advise this method. Carats should be used for getting new characters and Support Cards.
There are items you can receive from limited-time events that can restore TP. These are very rare, however, and may vary depending on the server's availability to distribute these materials.
| Replenish Option | Amount |

| Automatic Refill | ・2 Hours = 1 TP ・5 RP Cap |

The main way to replenish RP is to wait for it to recharge overtime. You will regain 1 RP every 2 hours. You can finish your RP in the morning, then deplete it again at night since it will be inefficient to wait for a full charge within one day.

The primary way to get your RP recharged immediately is by using Carrot Jelly, a stamina. Go to the + icon near the RP Bar to use it.
Alternatively, you can use 10 Carats to regain 1 RP. That means it takes 50 Carats to fully fill up the RP gauge. We also do not advise this as Carats are the game's main currency for pulling on banners.
Sometimes, you can receive items from limited-time events that can give RP. Just make sure to use them at the most needed time to avoid wasting them!

TP serves as the game's main Stamina system used for Career Mode, with each career run costing 30 TP. You can do a maximum of 3 Career Runs at the game's peak TP threshold of 100 TP. 1 TP takes 10 minutes to recharge or 5 hours for one Career Mode run.
If you have more than 100 TP by using items, it will not be restored overtime. Your TP needs to be below 100 to be passively replenished.

RP serves as the game's secondary Stamina system used for Team Trials, with each race costing 1 RP. You can do a maximum of 5 Team Trials at the game's peak TP threshold of 5 units. 1 RP takes 2 hours to recharge,
