Sashes are mainly used for raising Potential Levels of Trainee Umamusume in your roster. They can be obtained by winning 1st in their respective races, but some of them can also be bought from the various exchange shops available.
Winning their races are still the most reliable ways to get them, however, so make sure to always check what G1 races you can partake in during your career!
