The speed stat is the most crucial metric, as it determines the maximum top speed an Umamusume can attain. This stat indicates the potential for your Umamusume to surpass all other characters and overtake them in a race.

The speed stat will be beneficial for as long as your Umamusume is running on top speed, so naturally, raising the speed stat as high as possible should be the priority for all your Umamusume.
