If speed is the most important statistic for an Umamusume, then stamina is the second most important. How long an Umamusume can maintain running at top speed depends on its stamina.

Allocating the Stamina stat correctly is crucial. If the Stamina stat is not allocated adequately, the Umamusume will become exhausted early on, significantly reducing its speed.
