Train in the Unity Cup Scenario
When training T.M. Opera O, use the brand new Unity Cup scenario to take advantage of the new Spirit Burst mechanic. This not only lets you gain more stats than normal, but can also provide useful Skill Hints.
Run Her as Pace Chaser
Since T.M. Opera O has an A aptitude with the Pace Chaser running style, always choose this when participating in races as she will perform better using this style. This also synergizes well with her Unique Skill, which requires her to be positioned towards the front to activate.
Not only that, but some of her skills, such as Prepared to Pass and Speed Star (Potential Level 3), can only be triggered using this running style, so it is best to utilize this style more.
Improve Her Medium Aptitude
T.M. Opera O will be part of your Medium team in Team Trials. As such, try to improve her Medium aptitude using sparks to make her perform better in her races.
Max Out Her Potential When Able
To increase the number of skills you immediately have access to on T.M. Opera O, it is recommended to max out her Potential level. This gives you access to the skill Killer Tunes, which is a strong skill for Medium races.
If you do not have the Monies or materials to do so, reaching Potential Level 3 is enough to gain access to Speed Star.

T.M. Opera O will need Speed and Stamina as she will be part of your Medium team in Team Trials. She will also need a lot of Power so that she can easily accelerate and overtake her opponents. Getting at least one Gold Recovery skill like Swinging Maestro is recommended to help her with her races.
If you are only planning to clear a career run with T.M. Opera O, then you can aim for lower stat numbers, as the stats above are for Team Trials.

Recommended Support Cards
Unity Cup Build
To get the stats that T.M. Opera Needs, we recommend a 3 Speed, 2 Pow, 1 Pal deck. This helps her get the Speed and Power that she needs, as well as Stamina from Power training and Riko Kashimoto). Rice Shower is a particularly strong Power card as it can provide hints for Swinging Maestro.
Alternatively, you can also run a 2 Speed, 3 Wit, 1 Pal deck to maximize training time.
Budget Build
This deck is for players who are starting out and are still trying to get a feel of the game's mechanics and intricacies. This deck can help you get the needed stats to clear the career, while also providing important skills.
Take advantage of the game's borrowing feature to borrow a powerful MLB SSR, like Kitasan Black. Additionally, if you do not have an MLB copy of Riko Kashimoto (Tracen Academy), it would be better to use another SR Stamina card instead.

URA Build
These stats are enough to clear the URA Finale easily, as they provide enough Speed, Stamina, and Power for all of T.M. Opera O's career races, especially when partnered with the correct skills. As for the deck, you can either run a 4 Speed, 2 Stamina deck, or a 3 Speed, 3 Power deck. You can also choose to replace a Speed card in the first deck or a Power card in the second deck with Tazuna Hayakawa if you want to use a Pal card.

For Legacy Sparks, we recommend trying to find Stamina and Power sparks, as she will need them for her Medium and Long races. Additionally, try to get Medium sparks to increase her compatibility with her career races and to improve her Team Trial performance.
Pace Chaser sparks are good choices for pace sparks, as they can help upgrade her aptitude from A to S.
You can use either your own Veterans, or borrow the ones from your friends. If you do not have Veterans with full sparks, you can go with whatever you have access to.

To help T.M. Opera O's Pace Chaser playstyle, we recommend a mix of acceleration and speed skills. Good acceleration skills include Head-On and No Stopping Me!, both of which activate in the late-race.
For speed skills we recommend corner skills like Professor of Curvature and Pace Chaser and Medium Corners, as well as positional ones like Slipstream, Playtime's Over!, Killer Tunes, and Uma Stan. Overtake skills like It's On! can also help.
For recovery skills, we recommend Swinging Maestro, although you can also use Gourmand if you have a way to get it.
If you cannot get the recommended skills, you can replace them with similar skills that you have access to. You will just need to make sure that T.M. Opera O can activate said skills in a race.

T.M. Opera O's secret event Senior Autumn Triple Crown Achieved! requires her to achive the Senior Autumn Triple Crown by winning the Tenno Sho (Autumn), Japan Cup, and Arima Kinen. Doing so will improve her mood, increase all her stats, and provide Skill Points.
It is important to note that despite its name, you can achieve this event during the Classic Year, and again during the Senior Year, effectively doubling the rewards. This is, however, not recommended in the Unity Cup scenario, as you want to maximize your training time instead. Doing it once during Senior Year is enough, as you need to race in the Japan Cup and Arima Kinen anyway. Make sure to schedule the Tenno Sho (Autumn) as it is not part of her career goals.

Anonymous 5 monthsIt's also worth mentioning that if you get the senior autumn triple crown she gets + 13 or +15 to all stats and gets a good chunk of skill points. Also since the Kikuka sho isn't a required race you have the ability to get this buff twice
