Veterans with the same aptitude will result in a better affinity bonus symbol for your career run. In the above example, Biwa Hayahide is a pace chaser suited for both Medium and Long races. This makes Oguri Cap and Symboli Rudolf great choices for legacy veterans since they share the same aptitudes.

Consider other factors that affect affinities, such as whether they share a classroom or dormitory. If they are family members, they will naturally have a higher affinity toward one another and should be chosen together, if possible.
Ideally, all factors should be considered, though this may not always be possible when the goal is to inherit specific skills in a particular trainee.
Earn High Stats in Career
Earning a double circle is a challenging but attainable goal that requires a significant investment of time and resources. Given the significant reliance on RNG in career runs, it may take a considerable amount of time to establish strong veterans.
While the process may be time-consuming, achieving successful career runs that result in high stats is certainly attainable.

Borrow A Guest Veteran
You can borrow a strong Veteran from a friend to help you during the start of your career. This makes it much faster to create strong veteran legacies and sub-legacies, but there's a limit of three times a day.
Despite this limitation, it increases the chances of a successful career run. Additionally, you have the option to borrow support cards from your friends.

Increases the Chances of Passing Down Legacies
Affinity is a game mechanic that determines how likely your characters are to get legacy sparks and skill hints from their Veteran legacies. To create the best possible character with the necessary sparks, their veteran legacy characters must be in the correct affinity.
Selecting the optimal affinity is essential for maximizing the likelihood of obtaining legacy sparks from one's legacies and acquiring skill hints during the career inspiration event on career mode.
The Filter Can Be Used To Determine Affinities

| 1 |  After selecting your first Legacy Trainee to play in Career Mode, click the Filters button on the Legacy Selection Menu. |
| 2 |  Select the Affinity Bonus filter, then click OK. |
| 3 |  After setting the filter, select your second trainee based on their strongest affinity. |
Note that the circle will only show the double-circle affinity after the first Legacy Trainee has been chosen. Therefore, make sure that the first Veteran Legacy you choose has an affinity of at least a circle.

There are three affinity symbols: triangle, circle, and double circle. For beginners, the Circle affinity symbol is sufficient, and Triangle affinity symbol should be avoided.
