Oguri Cap is by far the best Umamusume to train for completing nearly all of the Triple Crown races. Her skill Triumphant Pulse is a strong and consistent velocity skill, and she has A aptitudes already for Mile and Medium with a B aptitude in Long. She performs much better as a Pace Chaser against racer NPCs in career.

To make Oguri Cap easier to pass the stamina checks for the Triple Crowns, we recommend you have good Stamina inheritance sparks (or even 1★ Long spark), run her as a Pace Chaser and have Gourmand unlocked and acquired from her Potential Level 3 skill kit.

You can run a 4-Speed, 2-Stamina deck or similar that can provide enough Stamina, borrowing SSR Super Creek/SSR Kitasan Black and working with existing story cards like SSR Narita Brian for Lone Wolf, a strong, general stat-boosting career skill.

Scheduling Races with Oguri Cap

Classic Year
ⓘ Note that the Classic Triple Crown and Triple Tiara cannot be repeated in Senior Year. You can only choose between the Classic Triple Crown or the Triple Tiara during Classic Year because they all share the same race periods.
▼ Classic Triple Crown
Satsuki Sho - Early April
Japanese Derby - Late May
Kikuka Sho - Late Oct
▼ Triple Tiara
Oka Sho - Early April
Japanese Oaks - Late May
Shuka Sho - Late Oct
Have Stamina 300-400 as a baseline.
Senior Year
▼ Senior Spring Triple Crown
Have Stamina 400-500 as a baseline.

Osaka Hai - Late March
Tenno Sho (Spring) - Late April
Takarazuka Kinen - Late June
▼ Senior Autumn Triple Crown
Have Stamina 400-500 as a baseline.

Tenno Sho (Autumn) (Goal Race) - Late Oct
Japan Cup - Late Nov
Arima Kinen (Goal Race) - Late Dec

You can complete all Triple Crown races in at least 2 runs of Oguri Cap's career.

Oguri Cap's goal races do not interfere with any of the Triple Crown races in Classic Year, so she can choose to race in any of the 2 Triple Crown lines starting with Satsuki Sho and Oka Sho. Once you pick those starting races, you must commit to that specific crown line since these races cannot be repeated in Senior Year.

In Senior Year, she can hit all of the Senior Triple Crown races, the Senior Spring Triple Crown during her G1 hunt for top 3 2 times(s) in Senior Year, and the Senior Autumn Triple Crown towards the end of career where Tenno Sho (Autumn) and Arima Kinen are part of her goal races.

Use Schedule Race as a Reminder

Use Schedule to take note of non-goal races

In the Races screen, you can check the schedule of all the available races. When you click on a race that your trainee is eligible to compete in, you can press Schedule.

When the schedule race is happening, the game will ask if you would like to compete in it. This is useful for keeping track of non-goal races. Note that you can only schedule one race at a time.

To earn the Triple Crown Epithet, your trainee must be first place in these races: Satsuki Sho, Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby), and Kikuka Sho.

These are all G1 Races in the Classic Year. Completing the Satsuki Sho and the Japanese Derby should be straightforward, but Kikuka Sho may be difficult depending if you have enough Stamina (400 or more is almost safe) since it is a Long race.

The fastest way to achieve a Triple Crown is to run a Career with Gold Ship (Red Strife). Satsuki Sho and Kikuka Sho are already part of her Goals, so she just needs to win the Japanese Derby (Tokyo Yushun).

Because of her A Aptitude in Long Distance and End Closer Pace, she can perform well on the Kikuka Sho.

Stamina Baselines are guides for how much Stamina to target for consistent wins.

To win the Triple Tiara, you need to win these three G1 races. It is similar to the Triple Crown Races, except one race (Oka Sho) has a Mile distance instead of Long. This is also much easier to accomplish with lower stamina with the absence of Long races.

She also a unique dialogue option where she can choose her next Goal race between Japanese Oaks and Japanese Derby. Choose Japanese Oaks to progress toward the Triple Tiara.

ⓘ Stamina management can be made easier by acquiring Recovery Skills.

Stamina Baselines are guides for how much Stamina to target for consistent wins.

To win the Senior Spring Triple Crown, you need to win these three G1 races. Takarazuka Kinen can be done in the Classic Year, but if you want to prepare further, you can wait until Senior Year to do it.

The biggest race to watch out for is the Tenno Sho (Spring). As this is longer than the Kikuka Sho, it's best to aim for at least 500 Stamina. It's also safer to learn a recovery skill so your trainee doesn't slow near the end of the race.

T.M. Opera O has an A aptitude for Medium and Long Races. Her Style aptitudes also synergize well with those distances.

To obtain the Senior Spring Triple Crown, get first place in the Osaka Hai in Late Mar of Senior Year. You will need to win the other races as part of her Goals.

Arima Kinen is the last race in the career, so high stats are also recommended for strong opponents.

To win the Triple Tiara series, you need to win these three G1 races. This set is similar to the Triple Crown races, the difference being that Arima Kinen is shorter than Kikuka Sho (still a Long race, thuogh) and most of these races being set closer to the end of the year.

Since these races are on the second half of the year, you can do these races after doing Summer Training on their respective years.

As mentioned before, if it is available in the next year and not in your character's Goals, you can re-do the races.
