Follow Slots are used to increase the number of Friends you can follow in Umamusume: Pretty Derby. Learn how to get more Follow Slots and when you should get them.

How to Get Follow Slots

Buy for 1,000 Friend Points

Follow Slot Boost Icon Follow Slot Boost How to Get:
・Friend Point Exchange
The more, the merrier! Allows you to increase your maximum Follow count by 1.
Increases your 'Following' slots (not your 'Followers' count).

Follow Slots are only bought directly from the Friend Point Exchange and cost 1,000 Friend Points each. You can buy enough Follow Slots to reach a total of 55 Friend follow slots.

Proof of friendship between trainers. Can be exchanged at the shop for various items.

To get Friend Points for buying Follow Slot Boosts, they can be obtained through several means: from Missions to wins in Team Trials. If you have a lot of Followers that use your Star Umamusume as a legacy in their career runs, they are your largest source of steayd Friend Point supply.

You will only want to get Follow Slots if you really need to alternative choices for Legacy Umamusume and Support Cards to borrow from.

We do not recommend you buy in large quantities outright. Instead, it's best to buy them one at a time; only when you need one more extra slot. Otherwise, you can save Friend Points to buy Support Cards in the shop that will come handy in later scenarios, such as the Guts support card Haru Urara (Urara's Day Off).
