Hard mode races available in Racing Carnival
Racing Carnival is a limited-time, single-player event where you can race against other Umamusume to earn Carnival Points and exchange them for various rewards.
Participating in a race consumes 1 RP, but there is no daily limit. You can participate as many times as you want, provided you have RP.
TP and RP Explained: How Do They Work

Extreme Race unlocked by completely filling the gauge.
Participating in hard-difficulty races enough times will unlock Extreme Races that reward more Carnival Points. Try to unlock them as soon as possible!
The amount of Carnival Points obtained is determined by your trainee's placement after finishing the race and the number of the skills activated.

Event-exclusive spark on a trainee
Trainees who finish fifth or better in a race will earn the Carnival Bonus spark that increases the amount of Carnival Points earned.
Note that this spark is only available for the duration of the event, and cannot be inherited from guest trainees.
Legacy and Sparks Guide: Inheritance Guide

Carnival Bonus spark and skill levels
Trainees who possess the Carnival Bonus spark can increase its level through races. Allow your trainees to inherit the spark multiple times to boost its level and earn more Carnival Points.

Racing Carnival will have medium and mile races. Trainees that are skilled in both aptitudes are best suited to participate.
During training, focus on teaching your Umamusume a variety of skills. The scoring system is similar to team races, where points increase based on the number of skills activated.

For Extreme races, A+ rank trainees are recommended due to the strong competitors. If you fail to win the race, you'll still be able to retry with bonuses to your trainee's stats.

Rainbow Uncap Crystal Shard available for exchange
Try to earn 200,000 Carnival Points and exchange them for a Rainbow Uncap Crystal Shard.
You'll also be able to exchange the points for other valuable rewards such as Trainee Scout Tickets, Support Card Scout Tickets, and Goddess Statues.

If you have them available, use Carrot Jelly Minis to restore RP and participate in more races.
