Riko Kashimoto's card is similar to the Tazuna Hayakawa Pal SSR in a way; it gives abundant amount of Energy Recover and Mood Up events, along with giving you an option to progress her 5-event chain through Recreation.
Gives Energy Cost Reduction and Failure Protection
This card also gives a good amount of Energy Cost Reduction and Failure Protection. This makes it much more comfortable to maximizie career training, especially in the Unity Cup.
Though she has less Energy Cost Reduction than either Aoi Kiryuin Pal SR or the Tazuna Hayakawa Pal SSR at MLB, it's still a pretty good stat to have in conjunction with Riko Kashimoto's events.
Gives Good Race Bonus and Stamina
Riko Kashimoto has a lot of career events which give Stamina along with Guts, making her also as an effective alternative to 1 Stamina Card. Should you need more stamina, you can throw in 1 extra stamina card instead.

Riko Kashimoto sees the most Pal card value in the Unity Cup due to being scenario-linked there, so we highly recommend you have her when you train in that scenario.
Tazuna Hayakawa still has valuable uses even with Riko Kashimoto around, since she offers bad condition cures and better energy recovery and energy reduction consumption effects. She's also still valuable for Front Runners, since she's still capable of giving Focus / Concentration.
