To activate Mihono Bourbon's unique skill, she must not be Rushed, nor had a Late Start at any point during the race, and she must be positioned 3rd or better on the final straight of the track to get a boost in velocity.
To help keep her from getting Rushed, aim to have a good amount of Wit stat. To reduce Late Starts, give her the skill Focus or Concentration.

When training Mihono Bourbon, use the brand new Unity Cup scenario to take advantage of the new Spirit Burst mechanic. This not only lets you gain more stats than normal, but can also provide useful Skill Hints.
Mihono Bourbon has an A aptitude on the Front Runner running style. She also has access to Front Runner skills like Taking the Lead and skills that activate when she is in the lead like Trackblazer.
As such, run Mihono Bourbon as a Front Runner to fully maximize her potential.
It is recommended to max out her Potential level to give you access to Trackblazer, a useful stamina skill for Medium runners. However, if you do not have the Monies or materials to do so, try to unlock Potential Level 3 for the speed skill, Taking the Lead.
As Mihono Bourbon will be part of your Medium Team Trial team, it is important to improve her Medium aptitude using Legacy Sparks to maximize her performance. Increasing her Front aptitude from A to S is also ideal as this will be her main running style throughout her races.
She has three Long races in her career, so it is an option to improve her Long aptitude to A using Legacy Sparks to make sure she performs well in them. One Legacy Spark is enough to upgrade her aptitude.

Since Mihono Bourbon will be part of your Medium team in Team Trials as a Front Runner, we recommend getting the stats above so she has enough Speed and Power to stay in front of the pack. A gold recovery skill like Swinging Maestro or Trackblazer is recommended to help lower her Stamina requirements.
If you are only planning to clear a career run with Mihono Bourbon, then you can aim for lower stat numbers, as the stats above are for Team Trials. However, take note that she has three Long races in her career, so reaching a Stamina baseline is important to clear them:
For Support cards, we recommend a 3 Speed, 2 Power, 1 Pal deck. This will allow Mihono Bourbon to get the Speed and Power she needs for her Medium races, with the Stamina coming from her +20% Stamina growth, Power training, and Riko Kashimoto's career events.
Consider using a 3 Power, 2 Wit, 1 Pal build as well, since one of the conditions for Mihono Bourbon's unique skill is to not get Rushed during the race. Having more Wit lessens the chance of the runner getting Rushed. This setup is also generally good for Front Runners to ensure skill activation and protection from debuff skills.
If you need an alternative gold recovery skill, Swinging Maestro can be acquired from Rice Shower (Happiness Just around the Bend) support card.
This deck is for players who are starting out and are still trying to get a feel of the game's mechanics and intricacies. This deck can help you get the needed stats to clear the career, while also providing important skills.
Take advantage of the game's borrowing feature to borrow a powerful MLB SSR, like Kitasan Black. Additionally, if you do not have an MLB copy of Riko Kashimoto (Tracen Academy), it would be better to use another SR Stamina card instead.
These cards will help Mihono Bourbon level her needed Stats (especially with Rainbow/Friendship Training), as well as provide some needed skills.
These stats are enough to clear the URA Finale easily, as they provide enough Speed, Stamina, and Power for all of Mihono Bourbon's career races, especially when partnered with the correct skills. As for the deck, you can either run a 3 Speed, 2 Power, 1 Stamina deck, or a 3 Speed, 3 Wit deck.

Try to get Stamina and Power sparks when picking legacies for Mihono Bourbon, as she needs these stats quite a lot.
For race length sparks, get both Medium sparks to improve her Medium aptitude to S. For running style sparks, Front Runner sparks are the best as these will help push it up from A to S. Only take one Long sparks if you're having difficulty with winning her Long races
You can use either your own Veterans, or borrow the ones from your friends. If you do not have Veterans with full sparks, you can go with whatever you have access to.
It is ideal to get skills that help Mihono Bourbon stay at the front. For Speed skills, try to get Groundwork, Taking the Lead, and Fast-Paced, as they can help in keeping Mihono Bourbon at the front. Professor of Curvature is another good speed skill to have.
To maintain her Stamina, get Trackblazer as a gold recovery skill as it is easily accessible if you raise her to Potential Level 5. However, Swinging Maestro is also a good option if you don't have the resource to level up her Potential, and can be obtained from Rice Shower (Happiness Just around the Bend) Power card.
For unique skills to inherit, Angling and Scheming is good to have for any Front Runners to help secure your win. This skill requires you to be in 1st place at the last spurt of the race to get an acceleration boost.
If you cannot get the recommended skills, you can replace them with similar skills that you have access to. You will just need to make sure that Mihono Bourbon can activate said skills in a race.

If you get her 9 turf sparks, she can easily do 30 races with a wide variety of G1's. I did it by accident whereas I had Goldshi do a doomed run to manage the same feat.
