If you are actively building and orienting your Umamusume for the ongoing Taurus Cup Champions Meeting (at the time of this writing) in the Graded League, those Umamusume are most often great picks now for this Legend Race. This race follows exactly the same format as the Japanese Derby (2400m Medium), which the Taurus Cup racecourse is based on.

For beating her in this Medium race, continue focus on building your Umamusume's Speed and Power. Just make the adjustments for putting more Power if you are running the towards-the-back style types Late Surger and End Closer.

Whether you win or lose in a Legend Race, you will still get Star Pieces from participating in it, so it is best to partake in this race whenever you can!
